Here is Baez comment about the results from the trunk of Casey’s car:
“You have to wonder about the reliability and accuracy of any test, when law enforcement feels the need to leak it to the media. I won’t comment on the specifics of any report I have not had the opportunity to review or have challenged by independent experts.” I am unsure it is called a leak, when Sergeant John Allen said on tv that there is “evidence to suggest there was a body in the trunk of Casey’s car and the body was Caylee.” Sounds like a news conference.
Casey was arrested on the fraud charges. She was arraigned. Her bail was set for a total of $3,000. Uttering a Forged Instrument $1,500; Fraudulent use of Personal Information $1,000 and petit theft $500. She put in a plea of NOT guilty! Today we know she is guilty, she paid back the bank.
Ericka Courtney and her family went to the Anthony house to protest. Ericka was knocking on the Anthony’s door demanding to talk to Cindy or George. Here is what Ericka had to say: “Why I’m here today is to say what happened to Caylee is wrong, and there should be more people standing in support to figure out where the child is. Don’t support this family; don’t support George and Cindy. Support Caylee, and find out where she is.” Ericka was cited for trespassing.
Also last year Labor Day was 01 September, and there were 200 searchers out looking for Caylee. The search was lead by TES.
