A disturbing discovery marks the end of an Amber Alert. Milwaukee police confirmed on Saturday morning, March 16 they believe they have located 2-year-old Noelani Robinson, dead in Minnesota.
➡️Police have confirmed they’re investigating tips that 2-year-old Noelani Robinson may be in Minnesota or Ann Arbor, Michigan, KSHB’s sister station TMJ4 has learned.
The Milwaukee Police Department is working with federal partners in the search. An active AMBER Alert remains in place.
NOTE:
Milwaukee police Wednesday arrested the suspect in a homicide and child abduction, but the girls remains missing and may be in Ann Arbor.
Dariaz Higgins was taken into custody about 12:50 p.m. in the 5200 block of North 103rd Street, the Milwaukee Police Department said in a news release.

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old girl Noelani Robinson!
Noelani is believed to be with 34-year-old Dariaz Higgins.
Higgins is considered “armed and dangerous.” He also goes by the names Dariaz Taylor and Dariaz Lewis.
He was last seen driving a 2014 black Cadillac with Florida license plate #HVCZ95.
