Submitted from a resident of Nicollet Towers – VOA low-income high-rise, 1350 Nicollet Mall. April 18, 2023 “We are having drug dealers taking over our property. They are so brazen they grill on our boulevard on Nicollet. We are all frightened and concerned. Lots of shootings and they hang out in droves. We call the police and no one comes. Another shooting [Tuesday] and they are retaliating out here coming from the street.”
