It’s a good case, but such a sad family life! Lupita Gonzalez, age 1, was found Saturday in a field in Volusia County, Florida. Lupita went with her mother, Leah Wiley and friend Carlos Rivera, to a drug infested party on Thanksgiving evening.
Wiley, who seems to be a prostitute [paid for sexual acts], was going to get paid by Rivera but he became mad when they were interrupted.
Rivera left the party at 7 am Friday morning with Lupita and left her in a field. Rivera has been arrested and also a few warrants were out there for this stud: Illegal Immigrant/alien; Kidnapping Inflict Bodily Harm/Terrorize vict.; Child abuse, Grand theft of a motor vehicle; DUI with damage to person/property, driving with out a drivers license. Rivera reported the child missing on Saturday morning at 4:42 a.m. [Does Florida have Caylee’s law in place yet?]
Wiley is held on charges: CHILD-ACT COULD RESULT IN PHYS/MENTAL INJURY. She also seems to have a little record going for herself: Booked in jail on: 01/07/2004, 06/17/2004, and 03/01/2005. Lupita and 2 other children who are now in the States Custody. Guess she didn’t know her own child was missing! [Thanks Melissa the cat]
