Lucas Hernandez funeral set for 30 June. Â Lucas body had been found in Harvey County, possibly near 96th Street and Oliver Road, under a bridge. There is pasture and a wheat field along one side of the road. Tall grass and weeds are in the ditches, and the area around the bridge is wooded, with a little water in a creek, Harvey County sheriff said. The closest house is about a quarter of a mile from the bridge. Â Lucas was found May 24th. Â His funeral is set for June 30th.
Emily glass, Lucas step-mother was arrested for felony obstruction of justice, but was released from jail on May 30. District Attorney Marc Bennett said that day charges had not been filed “while investigators continue to follow up on newly developed leads and await the results of forensic examinations.” She ended her life on June 8 and left 3 suicide notes.
