Have fun and don’t read anything into these!  Why a change of venue if the client is “INNOCENT” and now all of a sudden the evidence is contaminated!  All I must say is, GOOD LUCK with THAT dd-team~

The defense is claiming that the evidence was not properly preserved!  According to the motion:  “the state deliberately misled the court and delayed formal identification of remains so it could obtain exclusive control of the crime scene through Dec. 19, 2008”

Her defense drama team wanted to hire off duty officer to secure the area, but according to the defense drama team they said the state would not let them! 

The d-team is also saying that Anthony’s rights are violated!  And that exculpatory evidence supports a defendants claim of innocence. 

SOOOO it looks like they are trying to pull a quick one. If it is just the evidence at the scene, they still have the car evidence.  They make me laugh!  And if my memory is any good, the D-team waited a few days, or was it weeks to go to the crime scene.  So what ever they got as evidence, they are the ones who let it get contaminated!

The state will he questioning both on the 12th of November.  DCasey at 11 am.  it is unknown what time Mallory will be in the hot seat!

I assume the State is tired of the lies that DCasey is putting out there and it is time to get his lies on record!

I am going to say that the 31 days mommy was out running to different guys houses and partying up a storm, and not telling anyone anything and claiming to be out using her avenues to find Caylee, not to mention that she was stealing Amy’s money, getting tattoos, and shopping at Target and videoing at Block buster, I think they have a better chance than the Team Baez. And there is also Lee’s immunity deal! Yea something is up there!

I also believe that with the death penalty back on the table, they have more information than we know! The prosecutors are not out running their mouths like the team Baez is, they are behind doors not opening their mouths! Sure we get documents dumped at us, but there is so much information that we don’t know, it will more than likely put all to shame! Oh yea, and lets not forget the audio tapes of Leonard Padilla and gang! Those are for sure going to bring Casey to shame with a jury!

I am really sorry, but if it was an accident, then maybe she should have called 911 a bunch of time and not mommy dearest and daddy who were NOT answering!

At the hearing last week DCasey said that he worked for Casey, Baez and George and Cindy since July 2008. But in the January interview with OCSO, he said he had ended his contract with Baez on 1 October 2008 and had not spoken to Casey since 12 October 2008. He was working for George and Cindy from that date on. DCasey also stated to the FBI that he was not working for the defense.

What this means is that DCasey was free to answer questions about conversations he had with Cindy and George!

Let’s all remember who the Judge is in this case!  I have a feeling he has already made up his mind about this whole case!  LETS all RATE the JUDGE!

Today was a Family gathering in Florida for Missing Children’s day! Doesn’t seem that Cindy and George were there, since their new donations only job is to go out and start looking for missing children! I guess the supporting the families is out of the question also!

Here is what Todd Macaluso said in the hearing:  “There is substantial evidence that we’ve found … that the body or remains of Caylee Anthony was placed there after Casey Anthony was locked up.  It proves that somebody else placed the remains in the area.”

The state says they have the “RIGHT” to review the evidence. Read the MOTION

The Morgan & Morgan team dropped the motion against the Anthony’s to have them finish the questions. They said they will get the answers elsewhere in the documents that have been dumped in this case.

He said he was under contract, which were NOT produced at the hearing. He did take the stand. The judge made the decision to DENY the depo as he worked under contract and it is privileged. So this means DCasey will NOT be deposed.

The Judge said he would not make a decision today in the ZFG case.  Casey’s attorneys want the civil suit filed by Zenaida Gonzalez thrown out.  Of course the Judge said he will have sleepless nights until a decision is made!  The Judge at the end did ask how ZFG was holding up.  She did say fine.  WE still wait on the decision by the judge!

Baez was being investigated by the Florida Bar over accusations he was “receiving fees on the Casey Anthony case with an agreement to publicize her story.”  He has been questioned and cleared for, once again, “insufficient evidence”. The judge also said that he will not take so long in the response to yesterdays hearing! It will be out sooner than one month!  Not sure this is a good thing!

I feel this Judge runs a circus of a courtroom. I am unsure what this judge needs, but there needs to be a motion to get rid of him as he is not professional!   RATE the Judge

Diana Tennis, DCasey’s attorney was also not professional. When DCasey was on the stand and she objected to something, she was sitting down until the Judge had to tell her to stand. She did most her objecting to things from her seat!    Her website

Another hearing is set for tomorrow at 3:15 for the Cindy and George “I don’t have to answer that”hearing.  The judge will decide if the A’s need to finish answering the questions for Morgan and Morgan! Of course it has been said that Cindy and George won’t be attending!  Well, good for them! 

The hearing for the ZFG civil suit has not had a decision by the Judge yet.  In the lengthy hearing this morning, Morgan and Morgan stated “We’re talking about accusing somebody of child kidnapping and ultimately child murder.”    

Casey d-team, Kasen said:  “It’s obvious, reasonable, that she should not answer questions when the state is looking to put her on the death row.”    OBVIOUSLY!

STOP!  Wait a minute; Casey put Casey’s self on death row.  The state is NOT the one who went and told the self-center, narcissist brat to kill her child!  That was a decision she made ALL on her own.

AND for the record, let think back to when we really heard the name, Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. 
Oh yea, here it is check out the 911 call where Casey talks to the 911 operator:  911 Call  it is on page 4.  And yes the ZFG that Casey is claiming to be her Nanny, IS the ZFG that looked at the apartment.

Baez was cleared by the Florida Bar, of course for insufficient evidence.  Of course Baez did NOT remember saying, nor would he instruct DCasey to walk away and call him if the PI found the child.

AND to add to the fire today, the prosecution has stated that the duct tape on Caylee was a special type of duct tape.  According to Local6.com, “This specific, industrial, fire-resistant tape is a tiny fraction of all the tape sold by Henkel,” Pipitone said in a first-rate, eye-opening report. “We tried to buy some today. We couldn’t find any.”

And to top the week off, Cindy will now start to send Casey mail, via the mail man! No more Baez deliveries!

Right off the start Cindy, typical, made it clear that she was upset the way Casey was questioned! Not to mention that they were NOT taking a polygraph! Of course I believe if you take one you have nothing to hide, if you don’t you are hiding something!

Cindy CLAIMS she was treated badly and she will not take a polygraph! In other words Cindy already knows something! She is afraid of being caught!

Cindy does not trust Yuri Melich. Of course, a GOOD detective has had this figure out from the moment of lies started. His so called scenario’s must have hit the nail right on the head!

Cindy also claims that there are a few things missing from Casey’s car, like her zip drive and Cindy knew it was there. The  key was just over the top, who cares which one you gave!!    Humm, lets see who had access to that car before LE?  Maybe the person who cleaned the car out, Cindy?

Cindy Anthony needs to now figure out what her story is going to be in the trial! I do NOT remember one day that Cindy had gone out and searched for Caylee! She sure did a lot of mouth action to the media, and blamed everyone she could! Now she needs to start blaming the real person responsible for all of this!

As for Law Enforcement, they have bent over backwards for these bunch of nuts! They have received far above and beyond what they needed! When George went missing and on his suicide attempt, they were there! When the protesters were knocking on the door, they were there!

What has Cindy done?  Nothing but stabbed them in the back!

Casey made Tracy put a watch around her ankle while she was there! Oh isn’t Casey so smart, a watch ankle braclet for Tracy.

Casey also made the remark when the decomp came out from the car, that many people had access to the car!

Tracy said that Casey was such a liar, and it was her whole life! 

She would watch local news, and Nancy Grace. On the NG show she would only watch LP. She would tape it and fast forward the tape to LP. Of course until she got really mad about what LP had said!

Casey loved the media. She would take time to dress up for the media, pick out her clothes, do her hair.

Casey Anthony would “wiggle her little butt coming out of that attorney’s office.” Her demeanor never changed since she left the jail.

Casey told fellow bounty hunter Rob Dick that she didn’t realize she was going to be a celebrity, but then realized how newsworthy she had become.

“Maybe I should take pictures, autograph them and sell them,” Casey had told Rob Dick. “I could make a lot of money.”  She also wanted to take it to the howard Stern radio show, but she was worried that Stern would want to know what is going on with Baez. 

NOTE:  Casey NEVER said anything about Caylee, or about her missing.
