Big week this week was for the Team Baez! Casey WILL have her fraud trial before the murder trial! Now she will have a felony mark under her belt when she goes to murder trial!

Baez was cleared by the Florida Bar, of course for insufficient evidence. Of course Baez did NOT remember saying, nor would he instruct DCasey to walk away and call him if the PI found the child.
We received the audio tapes from the State with Leonard Padilla, Tracy McLaughlin and Rob Dick. Also enclosed was DCasey walking through the woods, and Cindy’s interview with Matt Irwin. And not to mention some really cute pictures of Caylee!

AND to add to the fire today, the prosecution has stated that the duct tape on Caylee was a special type of duct tape. According to Local6.com, “This specific, industrial, fire-resistant tape is a tiny fraction of all the tape sold by Henkel,” Pipitone said in a first-rate, eye-opening report. “We tried to buy some today. We couldn’t find any.”
