Update 23 April: Andrew “AJ” Freund

I had to read some of the comments on fb. A lot of sleuths there!

-Talking about the doctor appt, the dad had! I’m sure they confirmed the appt.

-One wants to know why he didn’t take AJ with him or check on him before he went to his Dr. appt. I never took my kids to my dr. Appts. As for checking on, I’m sure dad thought mom checked on him. My husband never checked on the kids early morning if going somewhere.

The hearing:

Cunningham and Freund were both at the hearing today.  The judge dismissed the court appointed guardian ad litem in the case who represents the son.  Cunningham objected to the current guardian because of a conflict of interest. The States Attorney’s argued to keep the guardian because he is familiar with the family.

The judge is expected to name a new guardian on Wednesday, the custody hearing will happen next Monday.

Freund Sr, was appointed an attorney.  He was going to represent himself.

Police are checking all small bodies of water in the area.
