Arthur Morgan III, walked into court and signed paperwork to return to New Jersey instead of fighting expedition. The Judge ordered him to return by 21 December, but according to Deputy District Attorney Sylvia Tenorio, he probably will return before that, but the date will be kept quiet for Morgan’s safety! Funny isn’t it? They are worried about the safety of a guy who threw his helpless 2 year old daughter from a car into a creek, while strapped into her car seat. He needs the same thing done to him!
The thug will be held on $10 million cash bond when returned to New Jersey.

The Verdict:
On Wednesday 28 May 2014, Arthur E. Morgan III to spend the rest of his life in prison, with no chance of being released on parole.
On 3 April 2014, Jurors found Morgan guilty of killing Tierra Morgan-Glover, whose body was pulled from a creek in a park near the Jersey shore in November 2011. They also found him guilty of child endangerment and interference with custody.
State law dictated that Superior Court Judge Anthony J. Mellaci impose a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole on Morgan for the murder of Tierra Morgan-Glover because the victim was a child — a factor that that would have qualified Morgan for execution before New Jersey abolished the death penalty in 2007. Speaking to Morgan, Mellaci said if New Jersey still had the death penalty, “you would be candidate No. 1.”
