In Brooklyn Park 3 victims in the area of Brookdale Drive were shot. Suspect vehicle was a red Toyota Camry with plate number 944-XPU.

On 4/11/23 at approximately 4:35PM, officers were dispatched to the 3500-block of Brookdale Drive for a reported shooting. While officers were responding, a suspect ve- hicle was located in the 4900-block of Brookdale Drive. At both locations, victims of gun shots were located.
A total of 3 persons were transported to area hospitals for treatment of serious, but non-life threatening injuries. A scene was located in the 3600-block of Brookdale Drive where 15+ spent casings were recovered.
Information was developed that led officers to contact persons believed to be involved. While attempting to stop one person, they fled, leading officers on a pursuit Eastbound on Brookdale Drive then
onto Southbound Highway 252 where the driver pulled over and was taken into custody.
A separate traffic stop was made in the 900-block of Brookdale Drive where 2 persons were arrested. 6 persons have been arrested so far, the case remains under an active investigation. The persons involved are known to one another.
