A woman driving in that area about 9:10 on that Sunday morning, said she saw the car but no one with it, so she just drove on.

Police would like to hear from anyone that may have traveled along 112th Ave N.E., between SR 520 and NE 24th Ave N.E., Sunday morning 6 November 2011 between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. The car Biryukova drove is a silver, 1998 Acura Integra three-door coupe.

Bellevue Police say Biryukova hasn’t talked to them since the day she reported him missing in November 2011.

So this happened: Julia Biryukova Morgan, the mother of a Bellevue child reported missing four years ago, has been declared an unfit parent by Child Protective Services and will have to appear in court after giving birth to a baby boy, KIRO Radio’s Ron and Don Show has learned.

The baby, born four months ago, Elijah James Morgan, was born on 10 July 2015 at Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland. The father, Alan J. Morgan, is a convicted felon with a lengthy criminal record who was most recently jailed in Issaquah for repeatedly violating a domestic violence no-contact order against Biryukova, according to court documents obtained by KIRO Radio.

Alan J. Morgan and Biryukova married in December 2014. That month Biryukova told police Morgan assaulted her and a no contact order was put into place, according to court documents. They are now divorced

Solomon is determined to not stop searching until Sky is found. He believes that Sky is with someone who has ‘good trust’ in OCD Julia and is not sure why someone would be hiding him.

Solomon said that Maile, his daughter hasn’t said anything about the morning Sky went missing and he isn’t pushing the issue with her, his plan is to care for her and not push her.

Biryukova had a low global assessment of functioning [GAF] scale according to her doctors paperwork, just 15 on a scale of 1 to 100, when she was involuntarily admitted to a West Seattle mental hospital. I figured that Sky would automatically appear after Solomon retained custody of their daughter, because remember this woman is all about her daughter.  She had tons of pictures of her on FB and maybe one of Sky.  I am wondering when this woman files for either custody or visitation of her daughter.

I am also surprised that the mother hasn’t been charged with anything [ child neglect, child endangerment, etc] in this case already.  I hope she has a terrible Holiday Season without both her children.

They will be reunited as soon as the  restraining order is rescinded.  Julia Biryukova, the OCD mother gained a restraining order under false pretense’s against Solomon during the custody battle.

Solomon is planning on taking his daughter to the mall, down Bellevue Way, go to Bellevue Square and just do the Christmas things he hasn’t gotten to do with my daughter.

I am so happy that he gained custody of her. It is great that she will be able to be with family for Christmas!  Of course it would be better if Sky was found and returned to him too!

Solomon organized a bunch of volunteers to tape up about 500 posters in the Redmond area. He is not giving up hope.

Sky’s case was featured on America’s Most Wanted on Friday along with the Lisa Irwin.  According to investigators, they have received NO TIPS since the airing!

2 December 2011:  Sky Metalwala has been missing almost a month, the 6th of December will be a month, and his sister has been taken away and put in the custody of the state!  Solomon Metalwala will be attending a custody hearing on Monday to try and get custody of Sky’s sister.

The Washington Agency Fathers and Families says there is no reason that the little girl should be in the states custody. Glen Sacks director of the the agency said that Solomon has been separated from his daughter for almost a year on charges that have been discredited. He feels the little girl should be returned to Solomon.

Julia Biryukova has a severe obsessive-compulsive disorder, and goes on cleaning rages and won’t feed the children. But the doctor who diagnosed her says that Biyukova’s OCD doesn’t interfere with her ability to care for the kids.  She has also made false abuse charges against Solomon, and CPS had concluded that these new abuse charges were also false.

Biryukova claims to have left Sky in the unlocked car claiming running out of gas, when she was taking him to the hospital because he was not feeling well.  She walked to a gas station with their 4 year old daughter and when she returned she says Sky was gone.

I really do hope someone is looking into this doctor too. I am not sure about anyone else, but you have to feed your children! I have never heard where it is ok to not feed your child, and many would be charged! I also hope that the daughter is turned over to the father, so she can have a Merry Christmas and not be with strangers. I am sure this would cause the mother to go into a OCD episode and really anger her!  I still wonder when she will be arrested.

Julia Biryukova mentally unstable?

23 November 2011 PM update: Solomon Metalwala spoke about his ex-wives behavior and her dreams! She told him she had dreams of killing the children and going as far as to telling him of her strangling Sky. [Thanks Toasty]

Biryukova sent a text to Metalwala threatening to commit suicide, but told doctors that she just wanted attention.  Not long after, Solomon filed for a protective order, but it was denied.  Biryukova filed for a protective order and received one.

23 November 2011: One of the Seattle local news stations has found out the Biryukova has ties to Ukrainian relatives.  They contacted the family who speaks no English, but had a translator.  Grandma, or great grandma knows nothing about little Sky missing but says that the father is involved.  Wonder how she came to that conclusion if she had no knowledge of Sky even missing?

Biryukova can have her family members say what they want, but she is the last one to have seen Sky, and the one who LEFT HIM in the car while she walked with her 4 year old for gas, for a car that had gas and no issues. She also claims she was taking him to the doctor because he didn’t feel well!  Another thing I find weird is the photo she gave police the day that Sky went missing. He seems to have been in the clothes he went missing in. Wonder what day that photo was taken?

From what we saw in the Jhessye Shockley case, it is just a matter of time before the child starts talking to someone about what happened to Sky.  I hope the daughter stays out of the custody of her mother.

According to court papers, Biryukova asked a Judge for permission to take the kids out of the Country to visit other family members, it is unknown at this time what the outcome of that court appearance is, but I have a feeling now that she has lost one child, the outcome won’t be to her advantage.

For the record, Solomon Metalwala has been interviewed many times by police and is NOT considered a suspect!

There is NO PROOF these emails came from the mother who left her child in the car while she went walking to a gas station for gas, with her 4 year old daughter, for her car that already had gas. This is almost as good as the ransom email sent to the person running the facebook page:

On the Dr. Drew show last night [Thanks Toasty] Pat Brown was on his show. She said that Biryukova is prostituting herself out, looking for a ‘sugar daddy‘ and $3-5,000 a month.  When Pat was asked if she thinks that the mother is lying she said:

BROWN: Oh, yes. I think she`s absolutely lying. One of the things she said which is kind of interesting I that, you know, people weren’t understanding her husband, that he was very devious, and you know, he could be stalking her and doing all kinds of things, maybe he took that kid.

And it’s kind of ridiculous because if she were that paranoid that he was doing such a thing, why would she leave her kid alone and to be gotten. So, that makes no sense. 21 November 2011: Items of interest were found in the search for Sky at Watershed Park in Kirkland. CSI has found several items that are being sent for analysis, but it is NOT clear if they are related to the ‘Missing Sky’ case. One item found was serious enough to call in the Forensic Team. Police have looked at store surveillance footage of Biryukova and Sky that has come in, saying they are from the weeks before Sky went missing. Hopefully they have found something!

20 November 2011:  The search for little Sky has widened to Watershed Park in Kirkland. Police shut down the park and searched it. It is unknown what they have found, if anything. LE received a few tips to the Park after fliers were released.

Police have received about 1200 tips in this case.  Police have searched and searched for Sky and are planning on re-interviewing many people. Look out Biryukova, I assume your on that list..!

18 November 2011:  Solomon Metalwala seems to be very interesting in finding his son, unlike Biryukova.  Solomon and volunteers have been out handing out fliers trying to find Sky.  [Really an actual parent out trying to find their own missing child?]  What is very sad is that Biryukova has all the answers and what she really did with Sky, but she is busy online looking for her ‘sugar daddy‘ and hiding behind her attorney.  I hope that the sister has helped out with this case, and can give LE some information that will help.

This is just my opinion, I don’t believe Sky was in the car that morning and I think she had done something before 6 November.  For all we know, she snuck out in the middle of the night, leaving the daughter home by herself to remove Sky.  I hope that LE has charges or answers soon.  I also hope that the mother loses any custody of the daughter.  That child isn’t safe in her custody!

16 November 2011:  Not only is the mother Julia Biryukova’s story full of holes, she is looking for a ‘Sugar Daddy’ to give her $3,001-$5,000 per month.  According to her profile:

They can not confirm that the page is made by Biryukova, but it isn’t every day that someone ELSE goes out and puts you on a website looking for ‘real men‘!

Biryukova is still hiding behind her attorney, and doesn’t seem to be helping in finding Sky!  Police have received 1000+ tips in this case.  Biryukova has NOT spoken with police since the day [6 Nov] she reported Sky taken from the gasless [lie] car while she took her daughter with her to the gas station for gas [came back empty handed]. But police believe they can speak with Biryukova if the contact her attorney.  Wonder when they will be contacting the attorney to see if there is a new story out there?

Wonder when they will charge the mother with child abandonment and child neglect?

Police searched the area again where the mother reported Sky taken from her vehicle. They had spoken with about 20 people and received 12 new tips in the case and will follow up on them. Police were also at the apartment complex where the mother lives talking to neighbors there.

Solomon Metalwala believes his wife had something to do with Sky’s disappearance.  He said he had a dream and she was strangling his son.  He said it was very alarming.

Julia Biryukova is not talking with police, and is hiding about her attorney.

12 November 2011:  The dad, Solomon Metalwala, is going to start a search today, Saturday with family, friends and volunteers. He is going to distribute fliers, talk to business and anyone else they find in the area where Sky went missing. The group is meeting at Tully’s coffee shop at 10500 NE 8th St. Bellevue at 9:45 a.m.

The mother, Julia Biryukova’s story is very suspicious. Of course she is hiding, I guess out of sight out of mind runs through her head. LE fears for Sky, as do many. I wish this woman would stop all this madness and start talking. If she isn’t guilty of anything, then she has nothing to worry about.
11 November 2011:   Apparently the one who runs the facebook page of Find Sky Metalwala, seems to have received a ransom note asking for $25,000!  Fake?  probably! Emails can be tracked if someone really wants to. I am not sure why they would send it to a person on fb who isn’t really involved in the case?  Is someone looking for publicity?  Attention?

Solomon Metalwala was on the Nancy Grace show last night.  He said that the mother had suicidal thoughts and would say ‘she was going to kill herself‘.  He knew it was getting bad when his daughter stated saying the same phase.  He told Biryukova that whatever she was doing wasn’t enough and she was involuntary committed for mental disorders, including depression.

The police were the ones to let Solomon know what happened to his son, Sky.  His estranged wife, Biryukova didn’t call him or anything.

Biryukova OCD disorder was:  she wouldn’t let anyone sleep in the beds they were made perfectly; she wouldn’t let food in the house because it would make a mess; couldn’t use the commode because she thought it was dirty; she would only vacuum in straight lines;  clean the same thing over and over everyday for 6-7 hours aday, even if it wasn’t used;  she would clean the commode before and after use; Biryukova would not care for the daughter, Solomon had to run home when she woke up and take care of her, it is not known how she would deal with Sky’s diapers and being dirty!  So this is what they call ‘EFFECTIVE PARENTING?’  A look in the psychologist who stated that needs to start happening!

Solomon’s attorney stated that he had not seen the children since 10 December 2010.  Biryukova had made false accusations against the dad saying he abused the children.  And as long as she was making the accusation, Solomom had to stay away.  Interesting to say the least, she made false accusations, then gets custody of the kids?  No repercussion for making FALSE accusations?  What is wrong with this picture?

The mother just said that Sky was sick, but she did not say what it was, but thought he was sick.

Police did not get to the search of the car and will do it tomorrow. They are looking to see if there is any mechanical reason for the vehicle to stop. They will be test driving the car . They will not release exactly how much gas was in the vehicle.  Apparently it was said that the mother was going to the gas station to buy a gas can.  I guess this is where her story falls apart.  She came back with no gas can, the car started and she was dropped off by a friend.  Police said that the mother told them they came and that is why she didn’t get gas.  I am baffled!

There is a Law & Order SVU episode that played on Saturday night and is similar to this story.

Police have very little to go on and the mothers story is falling apart day to day. He said the mother not taking a polygraph isn’t helping, nor is she.

The mother’s facebook page was mentioned. There is one picture of Sky and she has it as her profile picture. There are 4 albums all of her daughter, no Sky. She has about 150 pictures of the 4 year old on her facebook.

Police have not searched the landfills.

The state is urging a Judge to keep the four-year-old sister in state custody over concerns about Biryukova’s potential influence over the girls version of what happened on Sunday. The Judge is unlikely to make the ruling today….

Afternoon update 9 November 2011:  Julia Biryukova has hired a Criminal Defense Attorney Robert Flennaugh.  Police are using 3 electronic billboards hoping that someone will have information on the where-abouts of Sky.  Biryukova’s car is getting a good going-over by Police and they are asking family and friends to give DNA samples so they can eliminate them as suspects.  Apparently DNA evidence was found at the apartment of the mother.  Biryukova is devastated and unable to take a polygraph, so said her attorney.  Solomon Metalwala and his family will be talking polygraphs.

About the mediation child custody hearing, Biryukova 2 days after the agreement, she pulled out of the agreement stating that everyone was against her. Not sure how getting custody of the kids is showing that everyone was against her.  About her ‘severe obsessive-compulsive disorder‘  she would clean for 10 hours straight and NOT feed the children. A psychologist called this ‘effective parenting’.  I am not sure it is effective parenting at all, but neglect would be more like it.  The more I read about this woman, the more I wonder how she got custody of the kids. Seems wrong to me!

Morning update 9 November 2011:  So when is the last time Sky Metalwala was last seen?  According to his 4 year old sister, he was in the car on Sunday, but that is what a ‘good long walk to a gas station‘ can do!  Mom has said that she was taking Sky to the hospital the day he went missing because he wasn’t feeling well.  So NOT only is she claiming she left the boy in the car, he was not feeling well.  Police are saying that the ‘story doesn’t add up‘.

Law Enforcement [LE] has contacted relatives, family friends and neighbors, and it seems no one but the mother and 4 year old have seen Sky.  One of the mother’s neighbor saw Sky a few weeks ago, but not recently.  LE is saying foul play, and I am wondering what this mother has done to this poor little boy.  We know that the mother got custody of the kids last week in a mediation hearing, but I have a feeling that it will change soon.  I am surprised that the father hasn’t seen the kids since January, but I guess it was easier not to see them and not having to deal with this woman.

It’s a good thing this so called mother has an attorney to hide behind!

Afternoon update 8 Nov 2011:  I just found out that Julia Biryukova lived in an apartment 2.2 miles away from where she says that Sky was left in the car.  I am not sure of at what point she lived in the apartment, but it wasn’t far from HER last sighting of Sky.  Where she lives now, Redmond is about 9 miles from Bellevue.  So what was she doing in that area Sunday morning before 9 am?  Alot of unanswered questions in this case, and since she is now more than likely talking through her attorney, we may never know!

Police are saying that the boys disappearance has been caused by criminal actions.  The daughter is now in protective custody, and there is no information on the fathers polygraph.

8 November 2011:  Foul play is suspected in this case.  Sky going missing happened just 11 days after the parents were in mediation for their divorce and the mother getting custody of the children. I hope they look into who has custody, and maybe Dad isn’t the one who should get it either. Who would leave one child in an unlocked car, and take the other child with them and be gone for an hour?

FBI has joined on the search for Sky.  The mother has DECLINED to take a polygraph!  Solomon Metalwala, Sky’s father,  took a polygraph, and the results are inconclusive.  His attorney says it is due to lack of sleep.  He will take another polygraph today. [Note both already have attorney’s, I assume this is due to the divorce]

When police arrived at Julia Biryukova car on Sunday, there was no gas can to be found.

So seems there is quite a battle going on in this case.  The divorce proceedings have gone on for 20 months.  The mother was diagnosed with ‘severe’ obsessive compulsive disorder she spends 8 hours daily cleaning.  Then one psychologist says later on it is effective parenting.  I assume if we

talk to this psychologist again, leaving the child in the car is also effective parenting.  So reading the ‘NEWS’ sites, there isn’t really any information out about Sky, and if the search is still going on, or if there is any information in the case.  They have all posted about the divorce of the parents, and the charges, etc.

7 Nov 2011 evening update:  The search continued this morning at the mother’s apartment and the car.  A picture from King5 news shows police tape across the trash room door.  Photo [thanks Maze]  The father said today that his estranged wife’s story doesn’t add up, and is wondering why she left Sky and didn’t walk to a nearby restaurant instead.

Sky Metalwala went missing from his mother’s car when she ran out of gas.  Julia Biryukova left him in the car and walked with her 4 year old daughter for help and when she returned [about an hour later] Sky was gone.  Julia Biryukova stated the car was NOT locked, but that the child was left in the car, but is cooperating with Bellevue police.  Law Enforcement searched the wooded area, but called off the search at 6 pm Sunday night. No amber alert has been released.  Solomon Metalwala has not seen the children since January.
