Solomon Metalwala was in court today and gained custody of Sky’s 4 year old sister. She has been in the states custody since the mother reported Sky missing from her car as she walked with his sister about a mile to a gas station on 6 November 2011.
They will be reunited as soon as the restraining order is rescinded. Julia Biryukova, the OCD mother gained a restraining order under false pretense’s against Solomon during the custody battle.
Solomon is planning on taking his daughter to the mall, down Bellevue Way, go to Bellevue Square and just do the Christmas things he hasn’t gotten to do with my daughter.
I am so happy that he gained custody of her. It is great that she will be able to be with family for Christmas! Of course it would be better if Sky was found and returned to him too!
