Minnesotans plead Not guilty in Iowa

Three Minnesotans were arrest 28 October 2021 in Howard County Iowa. Police were called to possible thief of a trailer in Elma. When they arrived they were involved in a chase. The chase ended and Devlaeminck, was taken into custody.

Another call came in to 911 about another incident in Elma. Police spotted the vehicle about 10 minutes later and were in a high speed pursuit. The chase ended with the arrest of the driver, Thompson and McDonough. The truck was reported stolen out of Fillmore County.

Jesse Devlaeminck

Jesse Devlaeminck, 43 of Rochester, MN, is charged with first-degree theft and third-degree burglary. Pleading not-guilty.

Nathaniel Thompson

Nathaniel Thompson, 36 of Mankato, MN, is accused of first-degree theft, third-degree burglary, and eluding. Pleading not guilty.

Eleana McDonough

Eleana McDonough, 38 of Wilmar, MN, is charged with first-degree theft and third-degree burglary. McDonough has not entered a plea.  McDonough aka Eleana long has a warrant out of Olmsted.
