Today is day 3 into the case of missing Lisa Irwin. The person who took Lisa, has also taken the cell phones that were on the counter. Needless to say this abductor left the lights on and the front door open. When Lisa father, Jeremy Irwin came home from work at 4 am, he knew something was wrong. He checked on the other kids and then went in and checked on Lisa, and she was gone. When checking the house for Lisa they noticed that the cell phones were gone, thinking that someone tried to make it impossible to call police!
Police have no suspects and very few leads. They did receive a tip from someone who said they saw an odd couple with a child at a truck stop. The tipster said that they said that the couple was suspicious and were traveling with a baby who resembled Lisa. Kansas City police will receive the video, but believe the report is one of many. Police have had about 47 tips coming in, some were too vague! They have not developed any hard leads in this case. Police said that if you have any information, trust your instincts and report it.
The parents say they can’t think of anyone who would have taken her or anyone who has shown an unusual interest in her.
This is day 3 into the abduction of Lisa, and these people could be anywhere at this point. I hope they find her safe! It is such a sad story. As soon as the GMA interview is on Youtube, I will post it!
