Leila Veney has been found safe in New Jersey.
New Haven Police Department investigators say her father, Leon Venney, turned himself and Leila in to the Mount Laurel, N.J., police department.

Indiana State Police have issued a Silver Alert for missing 6-year-old Leila Veney of New Haven. Â She went missing from her home at 8:30 p.m. Sunday. She is believed to be in extreme danger, State Police said.
Leila may be with Leon Veney, who drives a black 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with New Jersey license plate C82LRH.
Leila has black hair, brown eyes and is about 4 feet tall, weighs about 50 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket, purple unicorn shirt, black tiger print leggings and black boots.
Veney is 6-foot, 9-inches tall, weighs about 245 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
