Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin is planning to host a vigil for Kamille Mckinney.
Crowds gathered outside City Hall today in memory of 3-year-old Kamille McKinney, whose body was found Tuesday. “We will never forget her name,” Mayor Randall Woodfin said!
