SEEKING JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY
SUN, June 1, 2008 – Casey and Tony L. go to BBQ at Tony L.’s friend, Ryan L. at the Pegasus Connection Apartments. Afterwards, Casey goes to Tony L.’s apt. with him. They were intimate for the first time, according to Casey. She did not stay overnight.
MON, June 2, 2008 – Nate L. moved into Tony L.’s apartment. Tony L.’s lease was close to expiring, so he and Nate L. were actively apartment hunting for a new place. A couple of Tony L.’s friends/co-workers with DBC were also house/apt. hunting. Casey was not included in these plans regarding Tony L.’s new place, but that did not stop her from helping him find a new place to live.
Casey and Caylee spends time visiting with Tony L. at the pool in his apartment complex located at Sutton Place, Winter Park, FL. Tony enjoyed hearing Caylee say “What’s up Dude?” He said that was her favorite greeting to everyone.
4:52 p.m. a picture of Caylee sitting in a lounge chair at poolside was taken on Tony L.’s Blackberry cell phone. [discovery doc pp. 976 – 977] Casey and Caylee left Tony L’s apartment around 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
The last time Amy H. saw Caylee was during this week. She said, Casey started dating Tony L. and pretty much disappeared for the next three weeks.
MON, June 2, 2008 – FRI, June 6, 2008 – Cindy was on vacation and babysat Caylee for the entire week.
[Est’d. timeframe] Cindy called Ryan P. who was attending class in a Jacksonville College (Summer Semester) to tell him to stay away from Casey because she is “sociopath.” Cindy said Casey had been lying and stealing and she didn’t want him to get hurt. Then she proceeded to asked him questions about some things she thought Casey had lied to her about.
TUE, June 3, 2008 – A summons is filed for Zenaida Gonzalez (22 y/o) for operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license. [Note: There is speculation that this could be a Casey alias.]
WED, June 4, 2008 – Casey Anthony (Orlando, FL) wrote at 7:33 a.m. MySpace message, “oh, the times we will have! i can’t wait for us to become roomies in another week! seriously…by the end of next week, it will be just us girls. i can’t believe it!”
10:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Casey, Tony L., Clint H. and Maria K. met up with Amy H., Troy B. and Ricardo M. at Club Voyage. Afterwards, Casey and her crew went to Tony L.’s apartment. Casey did not spend the night at Tony L.’s place.
THU, June 5, 2008 – CINDY ANTHONY’S 50th BIRTHDAY! George tossed her a present then went to work. Lee stopped by the Anthony home to let Cindy cut his hair. He noticed Caylee was there, but Casey was not. This is the last time Lee saw Caylee. This is the approximate date Casey said her car started to SMELL. [discovery doc p. 1472] Casey never called to talk with Cindy or to just wish her a Happy Birthday. This is what Cindy told her Supv, Ms. Polisano at Gentiva Health Services.
Shirley P. and her son Dan P. visited Alex P. at the Mt. Dora Nursing Home. During a phone conversation with Cindy, Shirley P. assessed Cindy’s state of mind as being depressed. Cindy complained about Casey adding more of a financial burden on the household. Shirley P. later writes to Maryloubea and Shadow. She mentions Cindy’s potential suicidal state of mind; George being a moocher and a loser; George’s sister Sannie having Bi-Polar Disorder and that “Casey is Bi-Polar, too!”
A celebration was held at Dancers Royale for Troy B.’s Birthday. Amy H. and Ricardo M. hung out with Troy B., but Casey did not attend.
FRI, June 6, 2008 – Amy H. has a car crash and her vehicle was totaled. Ricardo M. cooked dinner for Casey, but she was a NO SHOW. Casey, Tony L., Clint H., and Maria K. went to the Voyage Night Club at 17 W. Pine ST, Orlando FL for Troy B.’s birthday. [discovery doc pp. 1008 – 1009]

SAT, June 7, 2008 – Amy H. moves from Troy B.’s house in Oviedo, FL into JP’s house at 232 N. Glenwood AV in Orlando, FL.
11:00 p.m. Casey and Caylee arrive at 232 N. Glenwood AV and stayed overnight with Ricardo M. Cindy said she stayed at her mother’s (Shirley P.) house in Mt. Dora, FL because her father (Alex P.) was ill. She returned home the next day.
SUN, June 8, 2008 – Casey and Caylee left Ricardo’s place around mid-morning. They did not return to spend the night at 232 N. Glenwood AV. Ricardo believes they spent the night at the Anthony home. Cindy said she was pretty certain Caylee was at the Anthony home on this night.
MON, June 9, 2008 – According to Casey’s initial interview with LE, this was the last date she saw Caylee. [LIE] Between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Casey claims she left Caylee with Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez (aka: Zany; Zanny the Nanny) in the stairwell that leads to apt. #210 at 2863 S. Conway RD, Sawgrass Apartments. [LIE] [discovery doc p. 28] Zany drives a 2008 Silver Ford FOCUS (4-Dr) with NY license plate.
Note: It was later determined this date Monday, June 9, 2008 was incorrectly stated by Cindy. Casey told the 911 operator that it had been 31 days since she last saw Caylee, yet she wrote this date on her sworn statement which created a one week discrepancy in the timeline. [LIE] The actual date was Monday, June 16, 2008.
In the morning, Mr. Galaida had Tony L.’s Black SUV Jeep Cherokee towed from Tony L.’s apartment to Tom’s Auto Repair shop located at 130 O’Brien RD. [discovery doc p. 1007]
The vehicle was repaired the same day and Tony L.’s father paid the bill with a credit card over the phone. Tony L. picked up his SUV in the afternoon. Mr. Galaida did not see who [Casey] dropped Tony L. off. Casey, Caylee and Tony L. stopped at Subway for lunch. Casey paid the meal ticket.
Casey and Ricardo M. had a volatile argument. After finding photos of Casey at Fusion from last Friday night, Ricardo M. confronted Casey. She told him her boss sent her to Fusion to check on his daughter, and then she returned to work at Universal. [LIE]
Casey sent Amy H. a text message saying, she and Ricardo M. are NOT friends anymore. Casey and Caylee spent the night at 232 N. Glenwood AV. Both Ricardo M. and Amy H. remembered that they spent the night.
TUE, June 10, 2008 – In the a.m. Casey left Ricardo M. and moved in with Tony L. and his roommates – Nate L. Cameron C. and Clint H. (temporary rommie) who was there sleeping on the couch for a few weeks. Caylee was with Casey during the day, but Caylee DID NOT spend that night or any nights at Tony L.’s apartment.
WED, June 11, 2008 – Maria K. saw Casey with Caylee at Tony L.’s apartment. Her observation was that Casey had a lack of attention or care towards Caylee. While Casey was in the bedroom “napping” with Tony L., Caylee was hanging out in the living room and on the balcony with Maria K. and Tony’s roommates.
Maria K. said Casey mentioned working at Universal; that she paid the Nanny $400/wk. to take care of Caylee [LIE]; Caylee’s father was dead; and that she lived with her parents off of Narcoossee RD. Casey tells Troy she is going to buy a new car. [LIE]
7:02 p.m. Casey ran through a traffic light traveling EB on Conway [discovery doc p. 1991]
THU, June 12, 2008 – MySpace: At 6:41 a.m. From Casey to Jeff Dale H. {Fusion poster was inserted here} “you guys should definitely check it out! … hope to see you out there!”
12 p.m. (approx. time) This is the date Casey told Lee she received a quick call thru a private number from Zenaida. She also said the same thing to LE during her interview on 7/16/2008. Casey tells LE, “Not once have I been able to ask her for my daughter, or gain any information on where I can find her. I have contacted Jeff Hopkins on several occasions to see if he had heard from, or seen Zenaida. Zenaida never made an attempt to explain why Caylee is no longer in Orlando or if she is ever going to bring her home.” [LIE]
Casey and Caylee went to the Mall of Millennia with Tony L. to promote his “Hip-Hop Show.” After lunch at the Cheesecake Factory, Casey dropped Tony L. off at his apartment.
A Notice of Address Change for Amy H. was sent to the Anthony home from USPS. Cindy questioned Casey about this because she thought that was strange. Casey told Cindy it was because Amy wanted to have a package delivered there instead of having it go to Oviedo, FL. [LIE] Cindy told Casey that did not make sense because all you have to do is have it shipped to a different address.
Kristina C. said she and her son went for a walk around Lake Underhill Park with Casey and Caylee between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., according to her story in the “Globe.”
11:15:29 p.m. While using the HP Desktop computer, Casey viewed Zenaida’s Myspace as a friend. [Did ZG make comments about going to Sawgrass on 6/17/08?]

Clint H. saw Caylee with Casey at Tony L.’s during the day. Casey called Ricardo M. and Amy H. to invite them to Fusion. Both declined the invitation.

SUN, June 15, 2008 – FATHER’ S DAY!

- 6:32:37 a.m. Casey’s cell phone call to Kyle K. (aka: Animal)
- 6:32:40 a.m. Casey’s cell phone call to Tony L.
8:56 a.m. Casey leaves the Anthony home and goes to Tony L.’s apartment.
9:15 a.m. – 3:46 p.m. Casey is at or near Tony L.’s apartment.
Cindy took Caylee to visit with Alex P. (Caylee’s maternal Great Grandfather) at Avante Mt. Dora Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
12:03 p.m. Cindy took a photo snap shot with her digital camera of Alex P. holding Caylee. She also video-taped Caylee reading a book and being held by her Great Grandfather, Alex. HOME VIDEO According to Cindy, the visit with her father lasted approx. 2 hours. Then Cindy & Caylee had lunch with Shirley P. (Caylee’s maternal Great Grandmother) at her home in Mt. Dora, FL.
Chris S. thinks he remembers seeing Casey at SCOOP Orlando Bar & Grill located at 11726 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando FL. Casey was alone when she greeted Chris…. they spoke briefly….then she went into another section of the lounge. [discovery doc pp. 1329 – 1330]
4:00 p.m. (approx. time) Cindy and Caylee returned to the Anthony home. After giving Caylee dinner, Cindy and Caylee took a swim in the pool.
7:30 p.m. (approx. time) Casey returned to the Anthony home after spending most of the day with Tony L. Cindy allegedly confronted Casey about stealing money from her grand parents – Alex & Shirley P. or the argument may have been about Casey not spending enough time with Caylee. Lee allegedly said this altercation got so heated that Cindy started choking Casey.
[Est’d timeframe] Jean C. (a neighbor who lives across the street) overheard loud argument between Cindy & Casey. While outside washing his car, Jean C. witnessed Casey coming outside screaming at Cindy. Jean C. recalls Casey saying, “F*ck you, Mom! I don’t want to hear it anymore.”
Cindy remained calm and Casey did all of the talking. Afterwards Casey went for a jog. Caylee was not present during this argument. [discovery doc pp. 2324 – 2325]
Note: Jean C. could not be certain of date, but believes this incident occurred in June on the weekend.
According to Lee, the video recording and picture of Alex P. holding Caylee on Father’s Day, was uploaded on the computer(s) by Casey. He also stated that Casey added the pictures to her MySpace page. [discovery doc p.1484]
According to George, Casey’s car was in the driveway when he arrived home from work. He had worked the 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. shift (per work schedule on George’s timesheet from Security Forces).
