Sarah Carda was shot 3 times in the head by her husband Mike Carda. Mike was said to be into drugs and abusive. On Friday October 6, 2023, he took the life of his wife Sarah.

Chisago County Deputies were called to a disturbance at a home on the 42000 block of Elmcrest Avenue in Fish Lake Township around noon. The victim’s mother, was outside the house said that she had heard arguing inside the home, and was worried because there were a large number of weapons inside. She was visibly shaking as she told this to investigators.

As a deputy proceeded towards the home, he could hear yelling, but was not able to hear what the man was saying. He knocked on the glass of a side window, he could hear a woman say, “He has a gun.” The deputy heard three shots. Backing away from the window, the deputy said the suspect fired three more rounds through the same window where the deputy had just been standing, with the bullets exiting “at head-level.”

The Chisago County SWAT team responded to the scene and the sheriff’s office asked the public to avoid the area on Facebook. Crews blocked off roads in the vicinity for several hours. The stand-off was hours long.

Finally, at around 4:20 pm, the sheriff’s office said a man, later identified as Mike Carda, 39 was taken into custody.

A Sarah was found shot to death inside the home.

Carda is in the Chisago County Jail held on 2nd degree murder, along with additional charges of second-degree attempted murder and second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon. $2million cash bail.

I’m sure you’ve heard about the police chase in Robbinsdale on Saturday night, 8 July 2023. NOTE: The officer called off the pursuit when Hudson became very reckless.

Here’s what’s been said:

A Robbindale police officer was doing routine patrols around 8:15 p.m. on 42nd Avenue when he saw a white Tesla drive past at nearly twice the speed limit.

Robbinsdale Police Captain John Elder

“The vehicle was occupied by one male wearing a ninja-style face mask,” Elder said.

The officer began to follow the vehicle along side streets.

“This in our minds certainly appeared to be that this person was attempting to elude the officer,” Elder said.

The suspect vehicle ducked down an alley near Orchard and Perry avenues. The officer attempted to intercept the vehicle at the end of the alley and the suspect drove onto Orchard, police said.

As the officer turned on his lights and sirens, the suspect fled rapidly down Orchard Avenue.

“The officer estimated the speed of the suspect vehicle as it was pulling away from him to be between 70 and 90 miles an hour,” Elder said.

When the officer tried to catch up and make a traffic stop, the Tesla sped away through side streets.

The officer ended the chase, but the Tesla continue to speed, going up to 90 mph before crashing into the minivan

The suspect later crashed into a minivan at 36th Avenue.

“He didn’t even appear to hit his breaks,” Elder said.

The victim, Emily Gerding was deceased at the scene. John Gerding is hospitalized in critical condition with significant injuries. He’s in a medically-induced coma.

“John and Emily (née Darmer) worked as special education teachers at a local middle school.” GoFundMe “They were about to celebrate their 7th wedding anniversary in August. Emily would have celebrated her 35th birthday later this month. She was busy planning the party for [their daughter’s] upcoming 3rd birthday this month as well.”

Quintin Leon Hudson, 20 is currently in the Hennepin county jail awaiting charges. He was arrested at the scene and take to the hospital and released to the jail 11 July 2023. Hudson was unlicensed with an instruction permit only & under suspicion of being under the influence.

Herbert Fromelt 81, was found murdered in his home in St. Cloud on 3 August 1994. Herbert was found by his daughter Linda Wieber. The autopsy report said it was homicide by multiple stab wounds.

Herb had returned from St. Paul’s Catholic Church on Tuesday 2 August 1994. Herb was suppose to meet his daughter Mary Ann May, but wasn’t feeling well so he cancelled.

Linda stopped by her dads house for a quick visit. When she entered the home she yelled for her dad. He was hard of hearing so she went to his bedroom. Herb was found on the floor. Linda immediately called 911. She also made a few calls to family members who showed up at Herbs house. When first responders showed up, family members were asked to leave the home. Police immediately started putting up yellow tape around the house.

There were many investigators on this case. One if the neighbors had stated that they heard a prowler Tuesday evening early Wednesday morning.

The BCA criminal profiler of the killer:

⋅ Killer likely knew Herbert.

⋅ Killer between the age of 18 and 25.

⋅ Killer possibly a white male.

⋅ Rage was not a contributor.

⋅ Not sexually motivated.

⋅ Possibly 2 people involved, only 1 person in the house.

I have submitted paperwork to the St. Cloud pd for a request of any information on this case.

Crime Stoppers May 22, 2021
On Saturday May 15, 2021, Trinity Ottoson-Smith was shot in the head while playing on a trampoline in the 2200 block of Ilona Av. N in Minneapolis. The 9-year-old girl was taken to North Memorial Hospital in critical condition. Police have information that the shooter was in a red 4-door Ford vehicle. More information is needed about the details of the vehicle, who was in it, and who the shooter was.

This shooting is one of three recent child shootings in Minneapolis that has prompted the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce to partner with Crime Stoppers of Minnesota and offer a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of the shooter(s) in this tragic case.

Trinity Ottoson-Smith was struck by a bullet in the head last weekend.

A 9-year-old girl who was shot in the head while playing outside in north Minneapolis continues to fight for her life.

According to an update Monday from her father, Trinity Ottoson-Smith “was innocently playing with some friends at a birthday party when she was senselessly shot by a drive by shooter.”

Minneapolis police said the Saturday shooting happened at approximately 8:32 p.m. on the 2200 block of Llion Avenue North. She was playing on a trampoline when a red, four-door car drove through the alley, with someone from the car opening fire, police said.

Officers arrived at the scene and due to the critical nature of her condition, they didn’t wait for an ambulance, instead rushing her in a squad vehicle to North Memorial Health Hospital in Robbinsdale.

“Our baby is now fighting for her life in an ICU,” said Raishawn Smith, her father.

“Trinity is our baby… sweet, patience, loving, beautiful little lady. Loved by everyone that has had the chance to meet her. Big brown eyes that could tell no lies. Big bright smile that’ll heal any frown. She is everything to us,” her father wrote in a GoFundMe campaign.

The campaign aims to raise money to “buy her anything she needs to be comfortable.” As of 9 p.m. Monday, the fundraiser had generated just shy of $2,500.

Ottoson-Smith is in an ICU room next to 10-year-old Ladavionne Garret, Jr., according to FOX 9. Garret was struck in the head by a bullet while riding in a vehicle in north Minneapolis on April 30.

Prayer vigils for both children are being held daily at 6 p.m. outside North Memorial.

Another child was shot during an incident in Minneapolis on Monday night, with family saying the 6-year-old girl was struck in the head by a bullet on Monday night. She was one of two people shot during the incident, according to police, and both victims are in critical condition.

By WCCO-TV Staff May 27, 2021 at 10:42 pm

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Trinity Ottoson-Smith, the 9-year-old girl who was struck by a stray bullet 12 days ago while jumping on a trampoline at a friend’s birthday party in north Minneapolis, has died from her injuries.

Raishawn Smith, Trinity’s father, told WCCO’s David Schuman that she passed away late Thursday afternoon.

Trinity becomes the second young girl to die from a stray bullet to the head in north Minneapolis in the past eight days. Aniya Allen, 6, died on May 19, two days after she was shot while in her family’s car on the way home from McDonald’s.

On April 30, 10-year-old Ladavionne Garrett Jr. was also shot in the head while sitting in the back seat of his parents’ car, en route to his grandmother’s house in north Minneapolis.

MPD Public Information Officer John Elder said in a Thursday night press conference that Trinity was rushed to the hospital by responding officers in a squad car. He said “several teams of investigators” have been assigned to these three cases, and a “great number of tips” have come in. No one is in custody.

A $30,000 reward fund has been set up by the Minneapolis Regional Chamber in the effort to gather information that leads to arrests in these shootings.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Crime Stoppers anonymous tipline at 1-800-222-8477. Tips can also be submitted online via the Crime Stoppers website.

“Keep sending tips through Crime Stoppers. Help us solve crimes in your community. We have an incredible rate of arrests and charging when the community works with us,” Elder said. “We know full well people know what happened, who did this. Come forward with that info. You can remain anonymous and get a reward.”

Elder says homicides are at more than double what they were at last year, and four times as much as 2019. And shooting victims are “well over” what they were at in 2020.

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) — The Rochester Police Department is offering rewards of thousands of dollars for information about two unsolved homicide cases.

RPD said in a news release on Wednesday that police are revisiting the cases of April Sorensen, who was killed 14 years ago, and Robert Volgmann, who was killed a year ago. Police are offering a $25,000 reward in each case to anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest and conviction.

“Our number one goal is to deliver the highest level of public safety, so when a homicide occurs in our community, we feel a deep responsibility to deliver answers and, ultimately, justice,” Police Chief Jim Franklin said in the news release.

Sorensen was killed on April 17, 2007 in her northwest Rochester home. RPD said a TV technician called 911 when he saw smoke coming through her window. First responders determined that the fire wasn’t accidental. Her body was found in her bedroom after the fire was extinguished, and an autopsy determined she had been stabbed and strangled. She was 27 years old.

Anyone with any information about Sorensen’s death is asked to call Sgt. Eric Boynton at 507-328-6925.

Volgmann was assaulted and killed in his northwest Rochester apartment. Police said he was last seen alive on April 12, 2020, which was Easter Sunday. There was a snowstorm that day, and the bedroom window of his apartment was open for several days after. His body was discovered four days later after his landlord went to check on him and called police to the apartment.

“We all are still devastated. We didn’t just lose a brother or an uncle or a son, we lost our best friend,” his sister said in the news release.

Anyone with any information about Volgmann’s death is asked to contact Investigator Chris Weber at 507-328-6922.

Tips about both cases can also be shared anonymously at 1-800-222-8477 or here.

April 16, 2017, 9:06 AM CST / Updated April 16, 2017, 9:06 AM CST
By Jane Herman NBCNews

The Rochester, Minnesota police force has an incredible track record of solving crimes, but there is one case that has weighed heavily on the community for a decade.

“It happened to someone who should have been in the prime of their lives,” Capt. John Sherwin told Dateline NBC. “She never got the chance to start her career or have a family.”

April Jean Sorensen, 27, was easy-going, athletic, and a hard-working student at the Rochester Community and Technical College, studying to become a dental hygienist.

Thinking about her sister’s untimely death still brings Holly Beenken to tears. “She was just not a person you would think would be targeted,” she told Dateline.

On April 17, 2007, April’s TV technician arrived at her home at 12:30 p.m., for a scheduled visit. He saw smoke coming from inside the house and immediately called 911.

When police and investigators arrived at the scene, they determined that the fire was not an accident.

After the fire was extinguished, police found April’s body inside her bedroom. Autopsy reports confirmed she had been stabbed and strangled to death.

Police believe that the killer set the fire to burn away the evidence of the crime.

Capt. John Sherwin, a patrol sergeant at the time, said investigators have retraced April’s steps, interviewed thousands of people and collected DNA samples in their attempts to solve this mystery.

Despite their efforts, the case still remains open.

On the night before her murder, April had worked the early-morning shift at UPS Inc. in Rochester from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Then she attended class from 10:00 a.m. to 10:50 a.m., leaving a less than two-hour window from when April returned home, to when she was killed and her house was set on fire.

April was living with her husband, Joshua, who worked for IBM. Investigators questioned Joshua right away.

During this type of investigation, “everyone is on your radar,” said Capt. Sherwin.

While they initially looked at Joshua as a possible suspect, police quickly cleared him, as he had an airtight alibi. IBM had a very secure corporate campus and he was at work during the time of the murder.

The TV technician was also ruled out as a suspect, because it was confirmed that he had just arrived to the scene based on his work schedule for that day.

(ABC 6 News) – The Rochester Police Department is now treating the death of a man in northwest Rochester as a homicide.

A preliminary autopsy investigation has led them to believe the victim, 41-year-old Robert Elridge Volgmann, was murdered.

The Rochester Police Department said no arrests have been made, at this time, and the investigation is active and ongoing.

NOTE: Roberts death date is 16 April 2020

—

(ABC 6 News) – Rochester Police released a follow-up on a suspicious death that’s being investigated as the autopsy is waiting to be completed.

Police said that where the death happened was a fourplex apartment building and is run like an adult group home with four different apartments and each apartment has two bedrooms.

Police say the landlord had stopped by the home and noticed a window was open in one of the bedrooms and he went to go check, he looked inside the window and saw the victim dead and called police.

The victim lived in that apartment complex with another roommate, an adult male, who was in the apartment when police arrived, police said.

Police say the man was dead for longer than 24 hours and no one has been arrested.

—

(ABC 6 News) – The Rochester Police Department is investigating what they are calling a suspicious death on the 2300 block of 28 1/2 Ave. in NW Rochester.

Police said around 10:00 a.m. Thursday the property owner called 911 after reportedly finding the victim with obvious signs of trauma to his body.

Police said the man has been tentatively identified as 41 years old and was pronounced dead when law enforcement arrived. They also said at this time they do not know how long he has been dead or the cause of death, but that they’re investigating several possible avenues, including suicide.

Neighbors told ABC 6 News it’s not unusual to see police at the residence, which houses several people.

Police said it appears to be an isolated incident and don’t believe there is any threat to the public at this time.

This is a developing situation, ABC 6 News will bring you the latest information as it becomes available.

—

Roberts obituary:

Robert E. Volgmann Jr, 41, of Rochester, MN (formerly of Milwaukee,WI) passed away tragically at his home. His family is shocked and deeply saddened by their loss.

Bobby was born on June 17, 1978 to Robert Volgmann Sr. & Shirley Galica in Milwaukee. He went to Pulaski High School. Bobby was a Jack of all trades, and could fix just about anything. He loved building bikes, working at carnivals and building his strength by working for moving companies. Bobby loved to travel and his dream was to move to Hawaii. He was such a smart, funny, strong, caring, out going, friendly, (can’t forget a mama’s boy!) & the best Donald Duck imitator ever, just an all around big teddy bear individual. Bobby was also very proud of his name.

NOTE: I can’t find any new information on Joseph’s murder. Heck I can’t even find his unsolved murder on Crime stoppers! There is also a Joseph Sodd III memorial fund but nothing has been done since 2019.

On 18 June 2008 Joseph Sodd III was murdered near the intersection of 19th Avenue South and 7th Street South, near the Cedar Riverside neighborhood in Minneapolis. He was home from college for the summer and his family and friends are asking for your help. The motive for this murder is unclear at this time. Homicide investigators have put in hundreds of hours on this case and have developed many leads.
Sodd died in the early morning hours from a sharp force injury.

Investigators believe there are still members of the community that have information about this case.

If you have any information, please call Call Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS or the Minneapolis police at 1-800-692-TIPS

Late-night homicide in Cedar-Riverside claims life of young dancer
By Roxanne Bergeron | June 19, 2008

Around 2 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, June 18, a man was found stabbed and unconscious near the intersection of South Seventh Street and 19th Avenue South, near Augsburg College in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood. He died shortly thereafter at Hennepin County Medical Center.

The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Joseph Sodd, III, an alumnus of Perpich Center for Arts Education. He was a dancer and a student at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. No arrests have been made at this time. The Minneapolis Police Department Homicide Unit is investigating the crime.

The day before Sodd’s murder, a crime alert was issued for several neighborhoods on the East Bank near the University of Minnesota. Como, Marcy Holmes, Prospect Park and the University of Minnesota neighborhoods are involved in the alert. Three robberies of person have occurred since June 1, all involving female victims and black male suspects.

A personal safety workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, July 15 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Eastside Neighborhood Services, 1700 Second Street NE, Minneapolis. Call Second Precinct Crime Prevention Specialist Carol Oosterhuis at 612-673-2874 to register.

The crime alert advises the following:
Avoid carrying a purse or bag with valuables (large amounts of cash, checkbook, credit cards, etc). If you carry cash, carry a small amount in your front pocket or wear a waist pack that can be covered by a shirt or jacket. Do not resist if a robber wants your handbag. Being pulled down by the shoulder strap of your bag or purse can cause injuries.

Victims of robberies can be any age and race and can be men or women. Take the following precautions:

Try to walk with another person. If you are walking in or near the University of Minnesota, you can contact 624-WALK for the University escort service.

Carry as little cash as possible. Carry your keys and money in a pocket, not in a purse or wallet.

Be observant and aware of your surroundings. Avoid being absorbed in telephone conversations or music.

Avoid alleys or poorly lit areas.

If you feel uneasy, go directly to a place where there are other people.

If you are walking at night, choose well-lighted streets.

If a robber approaches you, do not resist. Try to get a good description of the robber, as well as vehicle description and license plate number. Call 911 immediately.

Do the Right Thing

I knew him as “Booshi”. In the early morning of June 18, 2008 “Booshi” or Joseph Sodd III was violently murdered in the Cedar-Riverside area of Minneapolis.

His Mom and Dad, Liz and Joe, are old friends of mine. And Booshi was their first-born. Joe and Liz were one of the first of my friends to have a child, so this boy was something special to us. Over the years I moved out of town and lost touch with Joe and Liz, Booshi and their second child, Alden. But in 2004, there was a reunion of sorts and I was reacquainted with Joe and Liz. They could not stop talking about the now-high school student, Booshi and what a fantastic performer he was becoming. He was a dancer! Imagine that. Where did that gene come from? And how refreshing to encounter parents who actually relished the fact that their son was an artist. They loved that boy. And oh, were they proud of him.

No one should lose a child to such violence. His case remains unsolved. A reward has recently been offered. Someone out there must know something about this crime. Please do the right thing for this extraordinary young man and his family. Call Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS or the Minneapolis police at 1-800-692-TIPS

By Liz Collin | May 3, 2018 at 6:33 pm

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — It is the only unsolved homicide case in one southern Minnesota county, and a police chief is spending his retirement looking for new clues.

Someone murdered 21-year-old JoAnn Bontjes near Sherburn in 1975.

From old maps to yearbook pages, Don Mickelson has spent the last few years filling notebooks and folders with details about a young woman he never knew.

“She was a tough gal. She was a hard-nosed gal,” Mickelson said.

A popular hair stylist, Bontjes owned her own salon at 21. But after a night out at the Trimont Legion on October 1, 1975, she would never be back to run her business.

Bontjes’s car was spotted along Highway 4 south of Trimont. Nearly 40 hours would pass before a farmer would find her body a mile and a half away in a shallow ditch.

It is believed Bontjes was held captive before she was left alongside the road, badly bruised and shot in the head.

Mickelson spent 22 years as the police chief of nearby St. James. He never worked the case directly. But he has dedicated the last few years of his retirement looking for answers, hiring psychics, talking to people who have never been interviewed and posting his theories on Facebook.

The case belongs to the Martin County Sheriff’s office. Investigators there told WCCO a sample pulled out of evidence within the last year from the Bontjes case has been sent to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for testing.

Its team has conducted numerous interviews over the years as they continue to work the county’s only homicide case to remain unsolved — now for more than 42 years.

“I’ve got some people that are 90 years old or older who have been contacting me and said, ‘I’d like to see this solved before I die,’” Mickelson said.

Mickelson is offering a $3,000 reward in the case.

Anyone with any information about the death of JoAnn Bontjes is asked to call the Martin County Sheriff’s Department at 507-238-3166.

Well I was waiting to hear when Carbo was going to trial, and it didn’t make the big news. Apparently they had the trial and he was found guilty of murdering Nancy Jane Daugherty in 1986.

1. By Order dated August 5, 2022, the Court denied Defendant’s request to present alternate perpetrator evidence.
2. During trial, Defendant offered Exhibit 206, which the Court received into evidence with the redaction of Section V in its entirety. The Court received Exhibit 226 as a proffer which is the unredacted copy of Exhibit 206.
3. In pertinent part, proffer Exhibit 226 states, “[t]he 4 questioned pubic hairs (panties item 6, jeans item 7, blue sheet item 8, rug item 9 – Daugherty) are “macroscopically and microscopically – alike” Brian W. Evenson (know pubic hair item 74A), therefore, the conclusion is that Evenson qualifies as a source.”
4. Based on this excluded evidence, the Defense renewed its motion to admit alternate perpetrator evidence.

Carbo arrested

Michael Carbo was charged with intentional second degree murder in a 1986 cold case in Minnesota! He was arrested on 29 July 2020 in Chisholm Minnesota after his dna matched the dna from the murder scene of Nancy Jane Daugherty. Nancy worked as an aide at Heritage Manor Nursing Home and local ambulance service volunteer medical technician when she was last seen by a friend at 1 am on 16 July 1986. The two discussed their plans to move down to the Twin Cities the following day to begin attending paramedic school.

Nancy was found the around 3 pm by Chisholm pd. Her friend had come over to help her pack up and move. When the friend arrived there was no answer. After several unanswered visits, the unnamed friend called law enforcement to conduct a welfare check. They discovered her body and a medical examiner later reported that she died between 3 and 5 a.m.

Jim Daugherty, Nancy husband was out of the country when this happened and was cleared as a suspect.

Nancy was nude and revealing evidence of her being beaten, sexually assaulted and strangled. There were signs of a struggle both outside and inside the home and witnesses later reported hearing a woman scream in the early morning hours.

Mike Carbo doesn’t seem to have a criminal record. A few financial issues from the past, and a fine for driving without insurance, but not much more than that!

I haven’t found out if he was ever married, but he had a child with Stephanie Powers and Powers filed for child support back in 1996. Powers married Scott Oberstar in 2000. They are now divorced.

Carbo is currently employed at the Range Center in Chisholm. I’m assuming he is getting a public defender, and I’m not sure how he will get out if this, the DNA does not lie!

A judge, Sixth Judicial District Judge Andrew Peterson set Mike Carbo’s bail at $1 million! Carbo is charged with second degree murder of Nancy Daugherty on 16 July 1986 in Chisholm Minnesota.

The Chisholm PD contacted the BCA about providing a DNA sample to Parabon NanoLabs, a lab that analyzes genealogy databases and helps LE identify case leads. The BCA lab coordinated with the company to provide a DNA sample from Daugherty’s decades-old evidence. Parabon identified Carbo as a suspect in the case.

From the court documents:

→ LE learned that Carbo was living less than a mile from the crime scene in 1986.

→ Carbo attended school with Daugherty’s children.

→ LE began surveilling Carbo’s Chisholm apartment on July 23.

→ Authorities collected DNA evidence from Carbo’s garbage they watched him carry outside. The trash was sent in for DNA testing.

→ LE learned the DNA collected from Carbo’s garbage also matched evidence collected from the crime scene.

→ LE received a DNA sample from Carbo on 29 July 2020 and sent it to the BCA laboratory for testing.
Carbo’s DNA profile was consistent with the DNA profile.

Nothing about a motive!

Carbo next court date is 6 August 2020.

Remember the AJ Freund case? AJ went missing in April 2019. The mother and father had some story about when he went missing and blah, blah, blah! Here is a link to Andrew “AJ” Freund missing

Here is the post about AJ being found

Cunningham pled guilty to the death of AJ in December 2019 and was sentenced on 17 July 2020. She is sentenced to 35 years, which she HAS to do the whole 35! She cannot get out early! She also will have to do 3 years supervised upon her release! She will be 72 years old when she’s released.

Here is a link to the video of the sentencing hearing: FOX23Chicago

The step-father goes on trial 30 July 2020.

Here is part of Cunningham’s statement: (she really is a sick person)

“I’ve had the privilege of having AJ as a son and when I had him those were the happiest days of my life. I loved him, I miss him and there’s nothing that I wouldn’t do to bring him back.”

“My children are the greatest gift God has ever given me. They are my whole world. The reason they are the reason I breathe. Anyone who truly knows me can say how much I love being a mother, more than anything in the world. Being a mother defines me.”

“My children gave me a singleness of purpose. A love and a joy that can never be replaced. My heart belongs entirely to them. All of my children are sacred and my most precious treasures. I miss all of them so much. Words cannot describe it.”

“AJ is remembered as brilliant, handsome, funny, loving, special, beautiful, courageous, driven, talented and absolutely loved. AJ carried a briefcase around every day because he was going to be a lawyer, he also wanted to be a garbage man gas station attendant doctor, and to work at the local doughnut shop. And he was convinced along with all of us that he could be anything that he wanted to be. I raised all my children to everything with love and joy. AJ’s favorite doughnut was chocolate sprinkles. His favorite color is green. His favorite food is all the food. He could never pick a favorite because he loved to eat everything. His favorite toys are Legos.”

Read the rest of her statement: NBC Chicago 5

Apparently there were numerous videos on the mother’s phone! The torture this boy received is said to be unbearable! One of the videos showed A.J. saying that he wanted “bad people” to hurt Cunningham.

AJ’s last words to his mother “So I don’t ever see you again.”

Rest easy AJ! Your murderer is now in jail for 35 years!

Cunningham’s plea of guilt document:
