Leonard Padilla said that Baez is full of crap saying he worked for him. LP said that when the body farm reports came out Caylee was dead. Casey was chatty but never shed a tear and never wanted to talk about Caylee. He was not hired by Team Baez. LP told Baez to use the insanity defense. George lied about seeing Caylee on the 16th of June 2008. He asked Cindy about the results from the body farm and if someone else could have put the a body in the car, next day she was out talking about someone else putting a dead body in the car!
Jerry Jackson, an inmate in for 30 years for committing a bunch of crimes which include: sexual battery with a weapon, armed burglary and kidnapping; decides that he knew on 22 July 2009 that he knows who killed Caylee!  Letter Â
Baez filed a motion to get the trial to start in June 2010, and the fraud trial in October 2010, but then filed a new motion to start the fraud trial in November 2010. Sounds to me like with both teaching some form of law school, they are not putting this trial first! It needs to go to court or let the fraud trial start!

Tim Miller has agreed to be a material witness for the defense team. The defense also gets records pertaining to the 32 volunteers who searched near the spot where Caylee’s remains were ultimately found and they have to pay for the records. Also Tim Miller will be questioned by the defense team, and the defense team will have to pay for Tim to get to Florida. Judge Motion

After Labor day Andrea Lyons, from Team Baez will make her first major statement! It will come in the form of a motion claiming insufficient evidence against Casey for the death penalty! Hope the Judge will be watching.
We now just are waiting on the fraud charges trial.
