Well, today we heard good news! The fraud trial will happen before the murder trial! This came down from Judge Strickland. A date has not been set, but the judge is expecting it to be one or 2 days. The State has said they will offer a Judge trial without a jury. Casey could get up to 65 years for these charges against her.Â
Team Baez has said that this is very diappointing. Oh sorry, can’t always get what we want can we?Â
Amy deserves to have this trial already. She has waited long enough, and it is so sad that the team Baez had put it off. It isn’t Amy’s fault Casey stole from her, and it isn’t Amy’s fault that Casey killed Caylee!

AND to add to the fire today, the prosecution has stated that the duct tape on Caylee was a special type of duct tape. According to Local6.com, “This specific, industrial, fire-resistant tape is a tiny fraction of all the tape sold by Henkel,” Pipitone said in a first-rate, eye-opening report. “We tried to buy some today.
