Today the state has turned over 2000 new pages of evidence to the defense team. Included is the photo of the notorious tattoo, “la bella vita” Casey received while she was doing her own investigation into Caylee disappearance. There are cd’s and pictures from the photobucket turned over, plus a whole lot more. List We should be having a document dump soon! And it should be good!
Baez filed a motion to get the trial to start in June 2010, and the fraud trial in October 2010, but then filed a new motion to start the fraud trial in November 2010. Sounds to me like with both teaching some form of law school, they are not putting this trial first! It needs to go to court or let the fraud trial start!
