As we all know Casey was in court today. The hearing was set for 9:30 am Florida time. The defense team walked in at 9:38 and Casey at 9:40. Of course, I didn’t expect anything different. And to top it off, Baez took some pot shots at the prosecution, as he always does. If this is how he will be when the trial is going on, Casey forsure will end up on death row.
The judge started off with the Tim Miller motion. He has rule for the defense, but the information will be limited. The ruling of what will be made available is not yet decided. The defense is claiming that Caylee was put out in the woods after Casey went to jail! Of course I would like to know who would have had access to Caylee. If she was put there after Casey went to jail could it have been one of the family members?
George took the stand today, in reference with the testimony of Leonard Padilla and his gang. 
George has seemed to have a memory lost of who paid the $50,000 bail to get Casey out of jail on 21 August 2008. It’s a shame, you would think he would be able to remember who was trying to help out with this case, especially since Cindy was so insistent that Caylee was alive, and Casey was the biggest liar in this whole “FAMOUS” murder. Of course Casey was crying when George got on the stand. George made a point to let the state know that what they were asking was not relevant! I guess that would of could have been Baez job to object to the question. The judge will listen to the CD of the interviews of LP and his gang, in it’s entirety, and then decide. Of couse that is if the State had the entire interviews on the CD, so Baez said!
The judge did decide on one motion and that is Tony Lazarro’s cell phone records. Baez needs to get the cell phone call records from AT&T. He is only authorized to get from 1 June-18 December 2008. There is no need for him to get more. Baez did say he wanted the pings that come with the phone calls, well, if they come with the phone calls, why ask for them?
We will hear about the fraud charges ruling. Amy’s attorney said that this whole thing has mentally stressed Amy. I believe Casey has already proved guilt as she had paid the bank back. Baez claims they are too busy to get to the fraud trail, and need time to get ready for the murder trial. The attorney for Amy said, that everyone is busy, including himself, but this needs to be over and done.
After the hearing Cindy had to say something to the media. She said it was awesome to see her daughter. She said it has been a long time since she seen her. Of course, there isn’t anything in writing anywhere that Cindy and George can not go to the jail to visit their daughter. I believe if they wanted to see her, they could visit her, no matter what the wishes of the d-team is!
