The fraud trial against Casey will happen sooner than later. Judge Strickland said that he will set the date. The “SPEEDY” trial will finally happen. Goodness, 1-year is not speedy! Guess Team Baez needs to get moving!
The affidavit stated that over the past year, Amy Huizenga has suffered mental stress….time to put it behind her and move on!
This is the last of the 4 motions filed but Team Baez, and it is not a win for them! I guess this is disappointing for them.
The Judge does not feel that the trial will take a day or two.
