UPDATE:THE mother has been jailed after Police found Tyler, but she has not been processed or charged in his murder. Joseph Ellington, Tyler’s father, had a restraining order against him from Shelby Dasher, but she later pulled the order. Ellington’s parents filed for custody of Tyler stating he is disabled. Police believe that Shelby Dasher killed her son after she ‘became very, very angry.’

Shelby Dasher put Tyler to bed around 10:30 Monday night, and over slept on Tuesday morning. She found Tyler to be missing out of his crib. She called 911 and a search for Tyler started. Two people walking their dogs by the St. Marcus Cemetery found the body about 3:30. The medical examiner has announced it is Tyler. Here is a link to some photos: StLToday
AN ARREST has been made in the case. Police have taken a person into custody but have not stated who it is. According to reports it is a woman. Police were seen with her at the Cemetery after Tyler was found.
