Brianna Williams has been slapped with a lawsuit.  The apartment complex that evicted her is suing her for $4,597.79. The lawsuit alleges that Williams engaged in “prohibited conduct” by engaging in criminal activity. Williams’ arrest violated her lease agreement. The lawsuit states that because of Williams’ arrest, the apartment complex claims she was non-compliant with her lease agreement. The Southside Villas sent Williams a termination notice on Nov. 27, giving her seven days to move out.
A memorial marker sits near the location where the remains of Taylor Williams were found on 12 November 2019, in a wooded area between Linden and Demopolis.Jackie Pruitt shared her photo with First Coast New. It reads in part, “in loving memory … safe in the arms of God.” The bottom reads: Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. John 5:8.  Jackie doesn’t know who put the marker there.
Williams sits in a jail on $1.1m bail for 2-counts of child neglect and giving false information to police. Her next court date is 4 February 2020.
