Murderer secret location video deposition; Jeff Ashton writing a book, Mail order bride attorney Baez will fight the $515,000

In a court hearing in the Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez case, the murderer is getting more special attention.  She will be videoed for her deposition in a secret location on 8 October 2011.  According to the Murderer’s attorney, he wants the video and deposition sealed and not released to the public.  I assume this judge will favor the murderer’s motion.  Of course I am sure most of her deposition will have any truth to it.  Her attorney said she will more than likely plea the Fifth and not answer any questions, then why the sealing and no released of the depo and video?  Another sick tactic by the murderer’s circle.  Her attorney wants to get this whole case thrown out before trial.  If that happens, the judges in Florida need to be under scrutiny!  She needs to PAY FOR HER LIES!  The latest trial date is 9 April 2012.

The mail order bride attorney Baez and his sidekick ‘Finger’ Mason will put up a fight when in court to make the murderer flip [no pun intended 😆 ] the bill for the investigation and fee of about $515,000.  Well, we know she lied, it’s caught on tape, she lied all through the trial how can they fight hard enough to get her to not pay?  Oh yes, when your a mail order bride attorney with a great knowledge to lie, you can lie your way out.  This hearing should happen tomorrow.

Of course her name is in that CA spot, but I just like to call her ‘Murderer’ because that is what she is. It’s said Dom Casey is writing a book, not sure what he will have to tell us, but Baez owes him something like $60,000-$90,000 for his time and work that he did for the low life attorney, and he is YET to be paid.  BUT I won’t buy this book.

The most recent state to add ‘Caylee’s Law’ is Ohio! Ohio joins Florida, Maryland, Alabama, Colorado, California, Wisconsin, and others in the crusade to make it a felony for a parent, guardian or caretaker to fail to notify law enforcement within 24 hours after a child is discovered missing.  I feel this needs to be passed in ALL states. There is just no excuse for not reporting your child missing, of course unless you are the murderer of Caylee.
