Most expensive penthouse in New York

I was looking for a mansion for New York as the most expensive, but a penthouse at 220 Central Park is the most expensive.  Of course there’s no pictures of the penthouse it’s said to still under construction.  The penthouse is 24,000 square feet and has 16 bedrooms and 18.5 bathrooms with five balconies, and a terrace facing Central Park
