A trial date has been set in Memphis in the case of Lauryn Dickens. Her so called mother, trail will start 7 November 2011. The mother, claims she gave the child to an unknown woman last September. She claims that Norfleet [Lauryn’s father] sent the lady to get the child, after she told him that she could not care for the child anymore, and she gave the child to her on 7 September 2010. According to the news, Dickens blocked all calls from Norfleet to her phone.
In September 2010, Dickens was seen out at a bar in the area partying Dickens cousin, Kayla Davidson said. She also wants answers and beleive that member of the family knows then they are letting on to. No word on if the so called Grandmother had decided to cooperate with LE or not!
Dickens is charged with murder and could face up to life in prison. Her attorney is Murray Wells.
