MONDAY UPDATE:Ā Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey announced Monday she is in discussions with the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office to finalize plans for a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for Kamille’s disappearance.
SUNDAY UPDATE:Ā Police have revealed they are questioning two suspects over the disappearance of the Alabama toddler who was abducted from a birthday party Saturday night.Ā Birmingham Police Chief Patrick Smith announced today that authorities have two persons of interest in custody.Ā He said there’s no immediate connection to the persons of interest and Kamille’s family, and he believes there are more suspects involved in her kidnapping.
INITIAL:Ā Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney went missing Saturday from a birthday party.
Kamille is black, 3 feet tall and weighing 60 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. She last seen wearing a pink T-shirt with a leopard print Mickey Mouse face and leopard print shorts. She did not have shoes on at the time.
Cupcake was abducted on Saturday while she was attending a birthday party.Ā Its been said that she was offered candy.
Two suspects are in custody and being questioned.
