Emily Glass is stuck in a Sedgwick County Jail after being charged with 1 count of child endangerment.
NOW you might think the charge is for Lucas Hernandez, but it isn’t. It is for endangering her 1 year old daughter.
According to KAKE:Â Â The criminal complaint claims that Glass “unlawfully, knowingly and unreasonably” caused or permitted a one-year-old child “to be placed in a station in which the child’s life, body or health may be endangered” on Feb. 16th between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. The police report obtained by KAKE News shows that Glass was suspected of using drugs/narcotics.
Glass reported Lucas missing on Feb. 17th at 6:15 p.m. from her home in the 600 block of South Edgemoor, near Kellogg.
Lucas’ father did an interview with Kake.com and when asked about his family coming forward with the abuse charges made to CPS he said this:Â “I’m sorry that they did and that really pisses me off. Only because it seems like it’s about something else and it’s not happening now. Now, if you want to bring that up later that’s fine. That’s a whole separate issue. I think it’s taking away from what’s happening and I don’t appreciate it. Not from my family, not from strangers.”
Of course Kake.com said they would not show the father on camera, yet posted this picture on the news:
My guess is it is Jonathon Hernandez.
According to the affidavit, Glass told police the day before she made the report she smoked marijuana.
Glass said she was cleaning the family’s home, located near Lincoln and Edgemoor, when she went into the garage around 3:30 p.m. and “smoked a few bowls” of marijuana.
Glass told police she got hungry. So, she and her one-year-old daughter, only identified as MH, drove to Olive Garden for dinner.
Glass said she only stayed at Olive Garden for about an hour before driving back home with MH.
The court document says Glass consented to a search of her phone where police found texts on Facebook Messenger between her and Jonathon Hernandez.
There is no news on Lucas Hernandez! It is said they are still searching. Tim Miller from Texas Equusearch is apparently still searching. Here is a link to Texas Equusearch site for updates on them.
