Lewis blames Judge David Flatt and Drew Coomer for Watson’s death. She begged them to take Watson out of the environment he was in. Last March she started recording and photographing bruises on Watson, the aunt would say that Watson fell. The Judge told Lewis to stop taking photographs of Watson. Lewis lost custody of her children due to substance abuse.

Remember Watson? he was 2 years old and was found dead in his Aunt and Uncles house in Prestonsburg, Kentucky on 29 September 2011! Rhonda Lewis lost custody of her children in February due to substance abuse and her sister Gladys got custody.

Dinosaur Playland Daycare which was shut down after Watson’s death and where Watson would go, has been reopened.

Lewis’ other children have been in foster care since Watson’s death and she plans on getting them back at her 9 January 2012 hearing. [Thanks justme]

Treveon Lane, 15 year old says that he was with his uncle D’Andre the morning Bianca went missing. He said that he was there with 2 other people and said that Bianca was good, and she was normal. He said his uncle carried her to the car and his little cousin buckled her in. The uncle took Treveon home at 8 am that morning and called 911 at 9:55 making his carjacking claims.

Police have now made this a recovery case, and not is not a rescue case anymore. In other words, they believe that Bianca is deceased.

If she can’t sit down and answer questions in a deposition, what makes anyone think that she will answer on tv, or even truthfully?  She will lie until the day she dies.  She is known for her lying, as her attorney.

So far the murder has to flip her bills in Florida:  $217,499.23.  She owes the IRS:  $68,000, who WILL get their money, probably first.   Oh my bad, she will be taxed first, then have to pay her dues.  She needs to save up because she will owe ZFG and TES.

Solomon is determined to not stop searching until Sky is found. He believes that Sky is with someone who has ‘good trust’ in OCD Julia and is not sure why someone would be hiding him.

Solomon said that Maile, his daughter hasn’t said anything about the morning Sky went missing and he isn’t pushing the issue with her, his plan is to care for her and not push her.

I figured that Sky would automatically appear after Solomon retained custody of their daughter, because remember this woman is all about her daughter.  She had tons of pictures of her on FB and maybe one of Sky.  I am wondering when this woman files for either custody or visitation of her daughter.

I am also surprised that the mother hasn’t been charged with anything [ child neglect, child endangerment, etc] in this case already.  I hope she has a terrible Holiday Season without both her children.

Listening to the News this past week, they had a few ways to keep your children safe!

1.  Make sure ALL the windows and doors on the ground floor are closed and locked
2.  Know where your children are and who they are playing with.  Teach them the buddy system
3. When out shopping, especially at the Holiday season, take a picture of your child at the store or mall, this way if your child goes missing, you will have a current picture of them and what they are wearing
4. Teach them not to talk to strangers  [Let them know a stranger will NOT pick them up from school]
5. Know your childrens friends and their family
6. Know your surroundings at all times

Report your child is missing immediately, don’t wait 31 days or even 1 days gosh even 5 minutes is way too long!

Police are saying that Terry Joe Volner, murdered Dusty as revenge against his mother, who was dating another man.  Volner confessed to the murder.

12 December 2011:  In Hartville Missouri, Terry Joe Volner is charged with murdering Dusty Guenther.  Dusty was left in the company of Volner, who lived at the Guenther house, but was not a boyfriend to Gina Guenther, Dusty’s mother.  Dusty was found in an ice-covered lagoon next to his home.

Volner called his mother on Wednesday morning, saying that he killed Gina, her boyfriend and her kids, he proved it by sending his mother a photo via text of Dusty with a cut throat.  Volner then stabbed himself in the stomach, seeming to try a cover up the murder.

Volner gave no reason for murdering Dusty, he is charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action and abandonment of a corpse.  If convicted, he could face a death penalty or a life in prison. He is held in Wright County jail on $1 million bond.

Gina and the 3 other children were found unharmed, but LE is not stating if they have found a boyfriend. [Thanks Melissa the cat]

Since Bianca went missing, about 1100 volunteers have helped with the search to find Bianca.  People from all over Michigan have joined.  Her mother, Banika Jones greeted volunteers at the Church, I am not sure what the father has been doing except talking to HLN to clear his name!

The father, D’Andre Lane has been on HLN and talking with Nancy Grace claiming that he had nothing to do with Bianca going missing, but he failed to pass a polygraph test.  He has also been worried about being scrutinized by the media and on the internet.

A $25,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the child’s safe return.

The next incident was when she met her husband at Taco Bell and an older couple stared her down. She wanted to say, ‘This isn’t Lisa‘ but instead left.  The old man followed and wrote down her license plate.  Apparently police followed her for 3 miles that day and asked for paperwork. [I remember reading about this one a while back]

Again in October, the family went to the mall and not long after they returned, police were at their door again.  Amy did tell him about the last police visit, and he said hopefully it won’t continue, but it did!

In Walmart an old woman followed her to the child’s medicine and said, oh your baby has a cold?  Amy said no she didn’t.  Amy was looking for the teething tablets for Lucy. Then she walked over to the socks and the woman followed.  The old woman asked:  What kind of mother doesn’t have socks for their baby? Amy explained that Lucy had outgrown her socks then told the old woman, ‘You need to leave me alone‘! The old woman walked to the customer service department and a manager approached Amy, and she said ‘If you think something is wrong, call the police‘. Nothing happened that time.

While Amy was grocery shopping and paid for her grocery, police met her outside and took the baby and looked through her bags.  Of course they did this right out side the store so everyone is staring at her, like she was a criminal.  Lucy was going crazy because some stranger, a cop was holding her.

Then on 30 November 2011 another one showed up at the house.  Amy was out running errands and when she got home her husband told her about the visit. Of course Amy was scared and called police.  No police were at the house, she called the Sheriff and no sheriff was at the house.  A commander called Amy and told her to make an impersonation report.  Amy was worried as to who was at the house that day.  About 45 minutes after the report, the commander called and said that it was an investigator who had not logged the call yet.  Amy said it is emotionally effecting her and she hates to go out.

So all in all, the Kansas City police aren’t talking to the Overland Park police and this is why the many visits and harassing moments this family has had.

Out of the 1,419 leads police have had, 422 are baby sightings.

First off, these 3 woman are out of control.  I am very shocked that they would walk up to a woman and her baby and start questioning and TOUCHING the child. Had that of been me, I would have made a LOUD complaint. There is no reason in this world they have the right to touch a child even if they are looking for a missing baby.  The woman in Walmart, I guess she never had children if she didn’t know that babies teeth and grow out of their clothes.  KansasCityStar

Brunn who attended the hearing in orange jail gear and a bullet proof vest, told the judge that he understands the charges with ‘YES’ sir.  Brunn who has a 10th grade education, kept biting his lip in court and had to be directed by a deputy Sheriff to pay attention in court.

Brunn has court appointed attorney’s.

FUNERAL service: The funeral for little Jorelys is planned for Saturday 10 December at 2 pm. at the First Baptist Canton. The address is One Mission Point. Private donors are paying for the funeral and Jorelys will be laid to rest in Puerto Rico.  Visitation will be conducted on tonight from 5-8 pm for family and friends at the Darby Funeral Home.

Ryan Brunn, who is charged with murdering Jorelys, is being aggressively investigated by the Law Enforcement. They are checking locations where he use to live to see if there are any crimes that have gone unsolved. Reports state that Brunn is charged  was gagging, binding, raping, beating and stabbing Jorelys to death.  One of the neighbors in the apartment complex said that Brunn was outside Friday night helping with the search of Jorelys by passing out fliers.

Jocelyn Rivera, Jorelys mom has remained pretty quiet during this whole traumatic even and is asking that Brunn get the death penalty.  She says that she cannot forgive Brunn and is demanding that Justice be done.  I don’t blame her one bit!

Steven Brunn, the murderer’s brother, does not beleive that he did this horrific crime.  He said to a journalist:  ‘I just don’t see my brother committing a crime like this. This is something that a person with a record of that nature would have committed. My brother is not a monster as people are making him out to be.’ I don’t believe that GBI just said, oh lets go pick up the maintenance man for this murder, he could be the most likely suspect!  I think they have a little more than a gut instinct.

Brunn, whose facebook page is now down, hadn’t posted on it since 28 November, saying he was going for pizza. He had about 350 some friends.  He even posted about the Caylee Case verdict saying ‘#$%^& should of died really she’ll get hers‘.

Brunn’s first court appearance will be at 1:30 p.m. today at the Cherokee County Justice Center in Canton.

Jorelys was outside her complex playing on Friday when she went to the house to get some soda’s for her friends and never returned.

Finally an arrest in this case!   Arrested is Ryan Brunn, 20, a maintenance worker at the apartment complex and has no known criminal record.  Police believe this  horrendous crime was planned and calculated and they had recovered a lot of evidence that’s going to require processing.  When Brunn was arrested they had the SWAT team there, I guess they were worried someone was going to take the murderer out!

People in the apartment complex said that they got a bad vibe from Brunn.

7 December 2011 AM:  Jorelys Rivera autopsy report says that she died about 1½ hours after she was kidnapped.  It also says that she died of blunt force trauma to her head and that she was stabbed and sexually assaulted, there is more but are not releasing the information.  Here is the the News Conference

Police had collected evidence and are expecting a result of the DNA testing today!  They are conducting interviews and have completed about 100 so far and have re-interviewed a few several times.  Numerous tips have come in and are following up on them.  There is a $15,000 reward in this case, and will be continuing this investigation.

The father of Bianca Jones, D’Andre Lane, just wants his daughter home but is frantically trying to clear his gun and drug name.  He says he has been vilified by the media since this happened.

So DAD is frantically trying to CLEAR his name while hundreds are out searching for his daughter.  He says all he can think about is Bianca.  And he is saying that he failed the polygraph because of his thoughts of Bianca and the carjacking, the attorney turn around and says that the polygraph wasn’t conducted correctly.

They sure have alot to say about everything.  I am sure this wasn’t Detroit Police first polygraph conducted, but it is always fun to blame someone else.  So when he is looked at, like normal, your the last one to see the child you do turn into a suspect, but why not clear your name?  He is worried about what people are saying about him on the internet and in public.  The least of his matters right now are what people are saying. He needs to get out of his attorney’s office and get his butt in gear, if his daughter really was taken by a carjacker, then get out there and search for her.  His story does seem too surreal!

5 December 2011:  Bianca Jones has been missing since Friday.  According to police, her father Deandre Lane says that he was carjacked on Friday around 10 am.  He also stated that the carjackers forced him out of the car with his daughter Bianca in the back seat. The car was found about a mile from the location where the father claims he was carjacked, no Bianca in the back seat.  Bianca is 2 feet, 5 inches tall and 25 pounds with a light complexion, had a purple jacket with gold trim, pink tights and pink shoes

Lane took a lie detector test on Friday and fail the test, no police are questioning his story. He who is not new to jail or prison was released from prison in 2009 after serving 2 years on firearm & drug charges, is being held on an unrelated warrant by a different Law Enforcement agency.

The suspect is 6-foot-tall, 190-pound black man, 25-30 years old with a medium complexion, wearing a black shirt and black pants and a 5 o’clock shadow.

Jorelys Rivera, who went missing Friday was found today in a dumpster behind the apartment complex where she lived.  She had been severely beaten and sexually assaulted.

Law Enforcement in Canton Georgia, is pursuing several leads, but do not have a strong suspect.  They would like any information from the public.  The parents are not suspects in this case, and they aren’t revealing any more information on evidence than they have.  They do beleive that this happened at the apartment complex where Jorelys lived.

The dumpster is about 100 yards away from the apartment building and had not been searched before due to size and it is a compacted dumpster.  They took the dumpster away from the location to look through it, and it had not been searched before. [Thanks Toasty]

They will be reunited as soon as the  restraining order is rescinded.  Julia Biryukova, the OCD mother gained a restraining order under false pretense’s against Solomon during the custody battle.

Solomon is planning on taking his daughter to the mall, down Bellevue Way, go to Bellevue Square and just do the Christmas things he hasn’t gotten to do with my daughter.

I am so happy that he gained custody of her. It is great that she will be able to be with family for Christmas!  Of course it would be better if Sky was found and returned to him too!

I guess when the shoe is on the other foot, it’s ok to abuse your child, but when it’s you who is in the spotlight it’s a different story!

Police will not search the landfill they had preserved to search for Jhessye!  They feel it is no longer necessary to search the landfill.  I would assume at this point they are gathering MORE information to arrest mommy dearest on murder charges, and just a matter of time.

RIP Jhessye!

Verdict Update:

A jury found Jerice Hunter guilty 27 April 2015 of murdering her 5-year-old daughter, Jhessye Shockley.

The jury had made up its mind on the verdict during closing arguments, when they rarely took notes. Instead several of them were seen checking the clock while one spun in his chair.

A jury sentenced Jerice Hunter to an Arizona prison for the rest of her life without the possibility of parole on 17 April 2015 for killing Jhessye.

Jhesseys body has never been found.
