The post Michael Avenatti indicted on 36 counts first appeared on The Published Pen.]]> Last yesterday, Avenatti was indicted on 36 counts!  They include embezzlement, wire fraud, tax evasion and bank fraud!  If that isn’t rich!  Avenatti started his scheme in 2015 to defraud five clients, according to the indictment, one of whom was a paraplegic from whom Avenatti withheld a settlement payment of $4 million.
