Wesley Lamar Andreasen was found guilty of felony controlled substance 5th degree after a one day trial.  He was pulled over in Fairfax MN in 2021. A search of the vehicle located a bag of small blue pills, known to law enforcement as oxycodone or percocet. Andreasen and his three other passengers had purchased the pills in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area believing they were oxycodone. After testing was completed the pills were discovered to be fentanyl. Andreasen will be sentenced on 27 April 2023 at the Renville County Courthouse.
