The post Kamille McKinney two charged with capital murder first appeared on The Published Pen.]]> Jefferson County Distract Attorney Danny Carr announced Patrick Stallworth and Derick Brown are both charged with capital murder of a victim under the age of 14 years of age. He went on to say that both will be transported to the Jefferson county jail and held with no bond.

“Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the family as they grieve their loss of Kamille” Carr stated.
He went on to thank the community for the outpouring of tips! He thanked the Birmingham police department and the FBI plus other agencies for their countless hours of work in this case under extremely difficult circumstances. No further comments will be made pending criminal prosecution.
