He did rule on the Tony cell phone records and they get nothing past 18 December 2008, and they only get phone calls! 

As for the LP and his gang interviews will not be ruled on until the Judge listens to the CD! 

The trial date for the check forgery case is not set as of yet. We are waiting for the Judge to decide.
