Brianna Williams pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the disappearance and death of her 5-year-old daughter, Taylor Williams. Williams faces 20 years to life in prison. Williams signed the guilty plea on February 17 2022.

She was sentenced to life in prison.

Brianna Williams was in court on 3 March 2020! Yes, I know I’m late at the update! My apologies, I’ve just been busy! Her next appearance is 24 March 2020 at 9:00 AM for her ARRAIGNMENT DATE.

Williams is now charged with aggravated child abuse and tampering with evidence, to add to her 2 charges of Child neglect and lying to LE during an investigation.

Documents suggest that Williams willfully tortures, maliciously punishes, or willfully and unlawfully cages a child Taylor sometime between the last time the girl was seen alive in April 2019 and 6 November 2019 — when Taylor was reported missing.

According to evidence document, at the bottom of this post, investigators found possible bloodstains in six locations in the apartment, including inside a closet.

Taylor Williams update 14 January 2020

Brianna Williams has been slapped with a lawsuit. The apartment complex that evicted her is suing her for $4,597.79. The lawsuit alleges that Williams engaged in “prohibited conduct” by engaging in criminal activity. Williams’ arrest violated her lease agreement. The lawsuit states that because of Williams’ arrest, the apartment complex claims she was non-compliant with her lease agreement. The Southside Villas sent Williams a termination notice on Nov. 27, giving her seven days to move out.

Williams sits in a jail on $1.1m bail for 2-counts of child neglect and giving false information to police. Her next court date is 4 February 2020.

Brianna Williams was in court this morning and plead not guilty to 2-counts of child neglect and giving false information to police. Her next court date is 4 February 2020.

This is Williams first appearance since she was arrested on 12 November 2019! Williams was hospitalized for injecting an unknown substance. She was moved to jail on 21 November 2019 and held on bail of $1.1 million.

Williams reported 5 year old Taylor Rose missing on 6 November 2019. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said the mom woke up and found the girl missing from her room at 7:22 am and the back door of the home on Ivy Street unlocked. Taylor was put to bed at midnight by her mom.

Taylor’s remains were found between Demopolis and Linden Alabama on 12 November 2019 and were confirmed as Taylor Rose Williams on 25 November 2019.

Brianna Williams court date change

Brianna Williams was scheduled for court today, but the has been changed to 18 December 2019 at 0900. Williams’ arraignment was supposed to take place today but was changed yesterday.

According to news outlets, the Florida Department of Children and Families has never had an open case on Brianna Williams.

Taylor’s remains were found between Demopolis and Linden Alabama on 12 November 2019 and were confirmed as Taylor Rose Williams on 25 November 2019. Brianna Williams is NOT cooperating with Law enforcement!

The remains found between Demopolis and Linden Alabama have been confirmed as Taylor Rose Williams. Brianna Williams is still NOT cooperating with Law enforcement! This case is still an active investigation, not much information is being let out! The amber alert is cancelled for Taylor Rose Williams! 💔

Taylor was last seen on 6 November 2019 in her Brentwood area home in the 600 block of Ivy Street around midnight wearing pink and purple pajamas, according to her mother Brianna!

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office [JSO] said the mom woke up and found the girl missing from her room at 7:22 am and the back door of the home on Ivy Street unlocked. Taylor was put to bed at midnight by her mom.

The search has lead JSO from Jacksonville to Demopolis Alabama. The remains were found in the woods between Linden And Demopolis Alabama. If I had to guess I would say they followed pings from a cell phone.

Just a quick up date. Brianna Williams has been move to jail. Her housing location has changed to Pre-trial Detention Facility. She is out of the hospital after she od’ the day human remains were found in Alabama. It is also noted on other documents she has a public defender. Her court date is 4 December 2019 at 9 am. As of right now she is charged with 2 counts of child neglect and 1 count of lying to law enforcement.

Taylor Williams DNA testing

DNA results are underway and should take about a week. The testing started on Friday 15 November. According to Alabama a law requires that the coroner make an initial determination of the cause of death. If the cause is foul play, then an autopsy is conducted.

Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences conducted the autopsy on Friday where the same of DNA was distracted.

On 12 November human remains were found as FBI, FDLE, the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), as well as the Alabama State Bureau of Investigation, the Marengo County Sheriff’s Office, the Demopolis Police Department and Demopolis Fire Department and Linden Police Department were searching an area between the cities of Linden and Demopolis Alabama. The remains were found off a dirt road by County Road 44 and Highway 28.

The state attorney Melissa Nelson believes they are the remains are of Taylor Rose Williams.

Brianna Williams is currently still in the hospital after she over dosed. She is charged with 2 counts of child neglect and 1 count of giving false information in an investigation to law enforcement.

Brianna Williams update 11/15/2019

Word is that Brianna is awake and out of her coma. According to friends who let the media know. Family members are with her.

Its unknown what her health status is and when she will be moved to jail.

The new court date is: 12/04/2019 09:00 AM , COURTHOUSE, CIR. No word if she has an attorney yet.

There has been no official word on the body found, if it is actually Taylor. According to the state attorney Melissa Nelson believes they are the remains are of Taylor.

“I don’t believe in my heart she has done anything to Taylor. I just feel like she knows what has happened to her and it’s almost like she’s willing to take the fall for it. Whatever it is.”- Brianna Williams sister talks to Kailey Tracy on thoughts about Taylor’s disappearance.

Taylor Williams candlelight vigil

A group of people who followed the Taylor search is putting on a candlelight vigil in honor of Taylor will be 23 November 2019 at Losco Park from 630-9 pm. Bring candles and a toy. They will also be taking donations for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Brianna Williams arrest warrant

The State attorney office has now provided an arrest warrant for Brianna Williams. In the arrest warrant it states that they have a witness who hasn’t seen Taylor since May 2019.

A.B. a neighbor at the Southside apartment complex told detectives that he saw Taylor alone and wandering the apartment complex numerous times. The first time the neighbor saw Taylor alone was 17 April when he asked Taylor what she was doing and Taylor replied she was looking for my momma. A.B. remembers the date because he was on the phone with his mother wishing her a happy birthday. He was on his patio.

A.B. continued to see Taylor home alone at least every other day. The neighbor said that Taylor was always wearing the same pj’s and holding the same doll. A.B. noticed Taylor from within the apartment, according to the warrant, the neighbor also observed Taylor alone outside on at least two more times in May.

May 21st. appears to be the last time anyone other than Brianna Williams saw Taylor alive. A.B. told police he had not seen Taylor since that date. He told police when A.B. asked Brianna Williams about Taylor’s whereabouts on a couple of occasions after 21 May, she told him she was in Alabama with her grandparents.

False statements:

Williams told investigators that she drove to Tuscaloosa Alabama to pick Taylor up, she had been staying with her mother. Detectives asked about child care the past few months and Williams said she had Taylor in child care on the base, but when her schedule changed, she had been going back and forth to Alabama.

Investigators found out that taylor was registered in Kinder care and the last date she was there was 10 April 2019 and her last day of child care on base was 29 April 2019 on base. Both grandparents said they hadn’t seen Taylor since January 2019.

My take: this is just my opinion, but a phone call should have been made to the cops back in May. I wonder why it never happened. A child home alone should have an automatic reaction. As for Williams, did she not know that JSO would check her statements? Poor Taylor, RIP sweet child!!

This is on the JSO inmate site. Notice the location is OTHR and payment for release is $1.1 million.
She is charged with 2 counts of child neglect and 1 count of giving false information to law enforcement during an investigation. These charges come after Demopolis Alabama pd found remains today. They are waiting for confirmation if it is Taylor. The State attorney believes it is Taylor! RIP!!!
The amber alert is still in place until positive identification of the body is confirmed!

Williams has a court hearing today at 1 pm. It’s unknown if she’s out if the hospital yet.
