Ashley Pope, the mother has been released from jail without charges. Remember her 13 year old was injured in the shooting! It’s been said the bullet when through Curstin and out and hit the 13 year old in the wrist.
There are 3 other kids that live in that house, hope they aren’t there. It’s also said that investigators don’t know if it was intentional or not. I’m curious as to why a mother would argue with their child and have a gun with them?
