Ron Cummings attorney’s work to negotiate a plea deal. He is charged with 5 drug trafficking charges. He would plea guilty to 3 of the charges and 2 of the other charges will be dropped. Cummings could still spend 15 years in jail. Cummings plans to testify against Misty Cummings. I believe he needs not to receive a plea deal, but to get what he deserves for breaking the law. Of course Haleigh has never been found, but it has been stated Misty Croslin and Tommy Croslin could be involved. Honestly, I don’t think Haleigh will ever be found!

In the Kyron Hormon case, investigators are putting pressure on “wicked” stepmother Terri Moulton Horman’s small circle of friends. DeDe Spicher, a friend of Moulton Horman’s, was interviewed on 4 June 2010. Spicher has been a visible presence in the Horman house after Kaine Horman moved out of the house. Spichers condominium was searched last week. On the day of Hormans disappearance, Spicher was doing gardening work for a Portland home owner when at 11:30 she left abruptly and didn’t return until an hour to 90 minutes later. The home owner tried to contact her during this time, but she did not answer he cell phone. She isn’t talking.

And in the Caylee vs. Casey case, it has been said that George isn’t putting any money in brat child Casey snack account. She is about $41.00 in the hole. Sounds like George is pretty pissed off about the investigation into him killing Caylee and also the letters where brat child stated her dad molested her. GOSH, she had all these supporters sending her money, have they smartened up and figured she is guilty as charged? Maybe her ‘NEW’ gal Robin Lunceford can borrow her some money! I guess we could all send her blank checks and she can forge her name on them and write them for whatever amount she needs!

§ Should Ron be let out of jail? Because why?

Apparently there is a petition out there to get Ron out of jail! The person posting this is someone called Amy, stating that LP is going to post bond for him sign the petition.

If true, I don’t think Ron needs to be let out of jail, for any reason.

The last thing Ron needs is to be let out of Jail. He is in there for DRUG charges, not running a stop sign. Just because Haleigh is now presumed deceased, it doesn’t make his drug charges right! I am unsure if LE has named Ron, an above the law citizen, but from what I see he is far from that!

No matter what Ron is going through, he has brought this all on himself. Its about the company you keep. I think Ron has been into drugs for many years, and now has been caught!

Sounds to me, LP is just looking for more limelight!

§ Nothing really new in the Haleigh case, News Release from Putnam County Sheriff

The search still continues at the St John River for Haleigh, but there has been no real update on the case. Misty Croslin was taken to the area in cuffs late Wednesday.Apparently she was on the dock with searchers.

Teresa Neves, Ron’s mom was on the Today show! Video She does believe that Misty Croslin is holding back information about Haleigh! She didn’t let out any information that we haven’t heard.

Putnam County released a News Release today:

Satsuma – Still acting on a lead received in the case of missing Haleigh Cummings, investigators are continuing the meticulous search for physical evidence in the St. Johns River near Satsuma, Florida. At this point, this search has failed to yield any items of evidentiary value in the case.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office has received many media inquiries concerning a rumor that has uncontrollably spread throughout our community. The rumor that a subject is either currently being detained by law enforcement, or is in law enforcement custody related to the Haleigh Cummings case has been reported to the media. Sheriff Hardy wants the citizens of Putnam County and the media to know that this rumor is false. There is currently no one in law enforcement custody as the result of the investigation into Haleigh Cummings’ disappearance.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office will provide future releases when information in this case becomes available. Sheriff Hardy would like to again thank the citizens of Putnam County and the media for their support. Statement

§ Haleigh Cummings information from yesterdays search

Items found in the water were loaded on a boat and taken to shore. An anthropologist from the University of Florida was brought down to St. Johns River to view items recovered yesterday in the river. A van from the C.A. Pound Human Identification Laboratory, which the school says provides forensic anthropology services for medical examiners and coroners, was seen arriving and leaving the scene.

Anthropology: the science of human beings; especially : the study of human beings and their ancestors through time and space and in relation to physical character, environmental and social relations, and culture.

It is still unknown what was said in the meeting with the family, but it will be kept quiet and not released. I wonder if they got DNA samples from Ron and Crystal, or if they have these already on ice.

Carl Brown a resident there, said that he was told to leave the area when the search started, yesterday. Brown also stated that he had been told by another resident that Misty was seen carrying a black bag in the area the time Haleigh went missing. Of course, this is hear say unless it comes from the person who told Brown, and WAS this reported to LE 14 months ago? Brown was also upset has he wanted to be down at the area with LE. He says: “We’re taxpayers and we live in the community and we have a right to know what’s going on.” Well, I am thinking he doesn’t have as many rights into the investigation as he thinks.

Joe Overstreet, Misty’s Croslins cousin was taken in for questioning on Tuesday night with Florida agents at the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. He told them he had no knowledge of what happened to the child and he is heartbroken. Joe has been question before. He was in Florida when Haleigh went missing. Shawn Sirgo, Joe’s attorney, said that he has known Joe for about 3 years and he believes in him and that he is a neat guy and has lots of integrity.

According to Former FBI Agent, Steve Brown, he says he has solved this case: Video [Thanks jnetk for the link] He says he knows who did it, and says we know. He says he knows what happened that night in the trial…..very interesting!

Today was a good day for Nadia Bloom, and the search for Haleigh starts again

Well, today seemed like a very emotional day! Good news is that Nadia Bloom was found alive and at 11:40 Fl time she came out of the woods on a stretcher and into an ambulance. Nadia was taken to the hospital and here is what her Dr. Rakish Parekh said: “She’s smiling. Her vital signs are stable. She has some abrasions and bites. She is dehydrated and receiving IV fluids and wound care. She is doing remarkably well.” What a happy ending! See what happens when you report your child missing immediately!

The searched started up again for Haleigh Cummings on CR 309 and Shell Harbor Road in Satsuma about a mile, by boat, away from where Haleigh went missing and 5 miles by car.

Ron Cummings, Crystal Sheffield, the grandparents and great grandparent were called to talk with Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy. The conversation is being kept quiet, but many rumors are flying about who let the information out and who has been arrested in this case. It is unsure if this is a homicide investigation now!

On News4Jax.com they have said a large box of some sort has been pulled out of the river by the boat ramps.

It is unknown what is in this item pulled from the river!

§ New lead prompts new search for Haleigh Cummings

One lead out of 5000 has prompt a search for Haleigh at St. Johns River south of Satsuma. They are not releasing the exact location due to on lookers and I assume the media!

It would be nice if they were to find Haleigh. She needs to be laid to rest!

Of course druggies, Ron Cummings, and EX-stepmother Misty Croslin are in jail on drug charges. Along with Donna Brock, a TES informant, paid by TES!

A large box was pulled out of the river today!

An aerial photo appears to show divers removing a large box from the river. Putnam County authorities would not confirm whether Tuesday's search turned up any physical evidence.
