I love watching the old reruns of the Mary Tyler Moore show! I have always thought the house was just beautiful. The house was for sale a few years ago and sold for $1.45 million. The address is 2104 Kenwood Pkwy Minneapolis, Minnesota. It has 9 beds and 9 baths and is 9,500 sqft. It sits on a corner lot and has .35 acres. The details are beautiful in this house and it doesn’t seem to be an overload of wood.. The stairway is to die for. Beauty and elegance throughout this house!

“Robin’s Nest” Magnum P.I. house

I’m back to watching Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, now that they are done slamming Christmas shows down our throats. Magnum PI is now the afternoon show! So I did some surfing of the net and found that they have demolished the “Robin’s Nest”.

The house was built in 1933 and was known as the Anderson Estate or it’s Hawaii name “Pahonu“. It has been owned for decades by former local politician Eve Glover Anderson. The original owner of the estate was Dr. Ormand Edgar Wall, Eve’s grandfather. Eve is the step-daughter of Cox Communications heiress Barbara Cox Anthony, the wealthiest Hawaiian resident until her death on May 28, 2007. The house was 8,900 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5+ baths.

Sadly the house was torn down in April 2018, video is after the pictures below. Apparently some friend of obama bought the property.

It has 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, and includes rooms such as a ballroom, panelled dining hall, formal salon, wine cellar and a car gallery with space for 40 vehicles. The mansion sits on 10.39 acres in the heart of Bel Air. Features include a Wallace Neff designed 5-bedroom guest house, 75-foot pool with spacious pool house, tennis court, car gallery for 40 vehicles, 12,000 bottle wine cellar and precisely manicured gardens befitting a chateau in France.

Hart to Hart house for sale

Remember watching Hart to Hart? Remember the house they lived in? Of course when Jonathan gave the address of 3100 Willow Pond in one of the shows, you know it’s not really the address. The real address is
3100 Mandeville Canyon Rd Los Angeles, and for $28.5 million you can own the 48 acre, 12,000 square foot home with a tennis court with pavilion, separate guest houses, caretaker’s unit and maintenance building. It has 12 bedrooms and 8 baths!!
