There was a hearing this past week, and her so called Attorney stated that ‘there are very limited legal reason that a public record should not be released.’ He also stated that the ‘Murderer was then what can only be described as intentional infliction of emotional distress, and sat down in some FORM OF TORTURE!’

Emily Barnard passed away on 25 July 2011, from head injuries.  Amber Gibson, the girlfriend of Emily’s father is a person of interest in this case.  According to the father, Emily had fallen and the injuries were from the fall.  Well you would think that dada would have taken poor Emily to the doctor immediately after her so called fall.

Amber Gibson, is currently in jail on UNRELATED robbery charges, where she is charged with aggravated robbery stemming from an incident that occurred in June 2010 where an older Rogersville businessman was hit in the head with a tire iron and robbed. One accomplice identified her as the person who delivered the blow with the tire iron. She admitted to participating in the robbery when she was questioned about Emiily’s head injuries!

They are still waiting the autopsy report on Emily.  Emily would have been 4 years old on 17 August 2011.

The family searched for hours before contacting Washington County Sherriff’s department, who turned it over to Kentucky State Police [KSP]. Volunteer have been out in force searching for Randall. His mother said that he would just not wonder off and that someone had taken him. They had to cover his mouth or he would have been screaming said his mother.

He was last seen by his family about 6 pm Saturday 24 September, at his home.  KSP stated that they found no evidence of an abduction, so there is no amber alert on this case.  If you have any information, please contact Kentucky State Police at 1-800-222-5555.

Randall has been found: At 2:46 today Police confirmed Randall was found off Coulter Lane, about two miles northeast of the Willisburg fire station, shortly after 2:30 p.m.

On 15 September, OCSO filed a revised investigations costs expense, addressing the State of Florida’s “Amended Motion to Tax Special Costs of Investigation and Prosecution and to Resrve Jurisdiction”. The OCSO had to break down in order to determine the work performed during the time from 15 July 2008 to 29 September 2008. The defendant filed an objection to the revised costs expense report raising that the hearing on this matter which the Court had already considered.

The Judge ordered: DENIED the defendants response; costs ARE related to the investigation and to pay [previous amount] $25,837.96 for costs of investigation and additional $119,822.25 for costs of investigation; the murderer shall reimburse the OCSO; this payment obligation is hereby reduced to a civil judgment against the murderer for which sum, let execution issue;granting part and denying part of the ‘State of Florida’s Amended Motion to Tax Special costs of investigation and prosecution and the Reserve Jurisdiction as modified. The CMA claims that ‘Justice’ for Caylee came when the murderer was released.  Yep, that was justice, the murderer of the baby walks the streets, to murderer again!  CMA claims she found out the truth when the money hungry jury came back with their verdict.  Good ole church going CMA says that ‘GOD’ set the murderer free, well she better wake up and smell something, that jury was NOT GOD, and he did NOT let her go free. When she meets her maker, it will be in h3ll.  Gosh that woman, she is in lala-land!  She needs to figure it out, God is not a jury of 12, BUT had be in there he wouldn’t let the murderer be walking today.

GA thinks that the murderer had drugged the baby, or someone else did and she died.  He also says she had help!  I wouldn’t put it past the Xanax friend to help with the murder and the disposing of Caylee.

Mouth piece seems to have done a lot of crap talking. She knows the murderer up and down and inside out so she claims.  She said that murderer knew that when someone dies that they leave their body and that is was no longer Caylee.  She also says that the murderer didn’t admit it because she knows that Caylee was found in a different spot than where murderer thought she was and she never admitted the truth because if she had said Caylee drowned but could not produce her body!

CMA said:  I’m not making excuses for her. I want to find out what’s wrong with Casey. I know that there’s something wrong.  This is such a big statement for Cindy, she has done nothing but feed the world excuses for her murdering kid.   She also stated:  seizures and postpartum depression caused the murderer to act the way she did after Caylee went missing.   REALLY?  Now this Nurse impersonator is claiming to know what is wrong with her kid?  Too late too little, guess next we will hear that she has finally figured out that Caylee was abused and neglected!!

Also mentioned is that there was a so called seizure while the murderer was out on bond [boy when there is pressure a lie slides right out her mouth, then another and another].  Whatever, there was no seizure, was it while she was running to the attorney’s office to sit with him and do whatever they did?  CMA will NEVER stop the lies, she will keep going on as long as the money flows into their fraudation!

I’m not justifying what the murderer did. But until I find out what happened to Caylee and what happened that day, I have to live with what I know…according to the CMA!  BUT we know she knows absolutely nothing, or does she?

We will NEVER hear CMA talk the real truth, that would reflect on herself!

Poor Caylee!  Rest in Peace Justice will be served, now it’s a matter of time!

It’s bad enough they feed excuses for the murderer, they are going to talk about Caylee too…poor little girl stabbed in the back by what we call grandparents, but they need to remove that title they don’t deserve it.  Grandparents protect their grandchildren, they don’t let them be murdered by the parent, THEN LIE ON THE STAND IN THE TRIAL!!!!!

I remember my son and I got up early.  We were watching the news and I had to go and get ready for work.  My son came in and said they just showed a plane hitting a building.  I asked him if he turned the channel or a movie cut in, and he said no it was on the News. So I went and watched what was going on, and yep my son was right, a plane crashed into a building.  I was working on one of the military bases, and of course it was a long wait to get into base.  Security searched my car and asked why I had a few screw drivers in the TOOL box. I stated it was tools in the tool box.  He persisted to let me know that I could stab someone with a screw driver.  I let him know that is NOT MY INTENTIONS, told him where I worked and needed to get there to start the plan we were taught and put it into action.  [the tool box stayed home the next day] I got to work about an hour before the work hour and started setting up the Emergency Command Call Center!  I will have to say, it was a very sad and busy day!

Rest in Peace for all who lost their lives!  I pray that their families find closure!

And let’s not forget the Military who have gone to war after September 11 and lost their lives!

We are getting closer to 12 September 2011 where the Perjurer and the molester will be played on the BOYCOTT Dr. Phil crap show. It is said he donated $500,000 to the so called Caylee Fraud Fund so the perjurer and molester can so call help grandparents with their rights PLUS pay themselves a salary. According to the attorney:  Caylee Fraud Fund is a foundation to protect grandparent’s rights, help to protect the interests of missing and exploited children and to help back the proposed piece of legislation titled ‘Caylee’s Law’ which would make it a felony for parents to fail to report their child missing.  NOTE:  now they are trying to get their name mixed in with ‘Caylee’s Law’?  Something they have NOTHING to do with.

The Caylee Marie Anthony Fraudation was shut down after it was discovered that the perjurer and molester paid themselves a salary totally 80% [guess they thought they were entitled to the funds] of the fraudations profits, misusing the funds to FIND CAYLEE!

According to myfox out of Florida, perjurer claims that the murderer suffers seizures and this is part of her mental malfunction.  According to the nurse impersonator:  known as tonic-clonic seizures, involve a loss of consciousness and violent muscle contractions. Possible causes [according to the perjurer], such as low blood pressure or a stroke, but sometimes caused by epilepsy BUT NOT MENTIONED:  too many drugs in ones body.

According to Fox the perjurer is claiming that the murderer suffered a seizure when she let Caylee go in the pool.  I KNEW this Dr. Phil ho-down would be full of lies.  If Caylee drowned, which there is NO PROOF, then why didn’t the murderer call 911.

Sorry Liars ONE SEIZURE DOES NOT excuse her for murdering.  I guess I could call the jail and find out how many seizures murderer had in jail, but you can bet the odds of her having one are null and void.  It’s apparent they have done some research on how they will now EXCUSE the murderer for murdering Caylee.  Sick and sad people they are.  BOYCOTT these liar and their little dog too!

Moorman provided 3 different stories on how Devin died, but the boyfriend stated that he smacked the child in the head when he bite down on his finger while he was helping Devin brush his teeth. Moorman has stated that Devin was riding a electric car into a toy box and fell in, then stated that a child in the apartment complex may have pushed him down the stairs, and then she told LE that she had left Devin in Urbans care on Monday and Tuesday!

Two neighbors have stated that they were going to call Child protective services when they saw the boy with a black eye [week before]. They were out shopping and planning on calling and when they returned they saw the boyfriend carrying Devin out of the apartment building under a blanket.

Marissa Jones has said that she would sometimes watch Devin and when she asked about the black eye he said he fell of his mothers bed. She asked if his mother told him to say that and he stated, NO! She stated she didn’t believe him, but I guess a week later decided to call Child protective services. Too late!

Jones stated that she had never seen bruises on Devin before the 24 year old boyfriend started coming around.

According to authorities, CPS has been involved with these nuts, but no sure how much had been done in the case.

Another sad story! RIP Devin!

UPDATE:  The boyfriend could be charged with murder in this case.  And conveniently there was a fire in the apartment where Devin was abused on Monday night.  When the fire department arrived the fire was out but there is damage to the apartment.  Interesting to say the least!

UPDATE:Anthony Urban and Elizabeth Moorman have been charged with second-degree murder. Both are in jail. Moorman has a fifth-degree drug charge under her belt from 2007.

VERDICT: Elizabeth Ann Moorman will serve 48 months in prison for her role in the death of her son. She is charged with failing to get help for her 3-year-old son who died after being severely abused.

Anthony William Urban was convicted for severely abusing the boy, and was sentenced to over 15 years in prison on second-degree murder.

The most recent state to add ‘Caylee’s Law’ is Ohio! Ohio joins Florida, Maryland, Alabama, Colorado, California, Wisconsin, and others in the crusade to make it a felony for a parent, guardian or caretaker to fail to notify law enforcement within 24 hours after a child is discovered missing.  I feel this needs to be passed in ALL states. There is just no excuse for not reporting your child missing, of course unless you are the murderer of Caylee.

It is a very gruesome case.  Wright bludgeoned, decapitated Jori and dismembered him.  He put the head of Jori on the street for his mother to see after she returned from getting her truck fixed, but a passer by saw it and called authorities.  The dismembered body was found nearby in trash bags.

Wright who stated that he killed Jori because he was a dummy, and not his son.  He also did it out of anger towards his girlfriend and Jori’s mother.

Wright has been arrested four times.  In 2007 for misdemeanor possession of marijuana.  Twice charged with contempt of court. He was also arrested on a simple burglary charge in 2004 and later pleaded guilty to a downgraded charge of theft. He was placed on unsupervised probation and was later ordered to serve 10 days in jail after he failed to meet a 96-hour community service stipulation.

Wright had waived his right to an attorney and confessed to killing Jori. He has been indicted on murder and is being held in lieu of $5 million bond and charged on first degree murder.  Wright’s attorney on Friday filed paperwork stating that Wright does NOT comprehend the charges against him and cannot properly assist his appointed attorney. In the paperwork it states that he lacks mental capacity required by law to proceed.  [thanks s_c]

The release said that the perjurer and the molester will not be paid for the interview, but they asked that a donation be made to the fraud organization they are forming to honor Caylee ‘ Caylee’s Fund’. Yes donate to their fraud fund so they can get paid doing nothing. MORE BLOOD MONEY! Another juror has come forward to people.com. I assume he needed some cash right now. He is claiming that he would now vote manslaughter. Not sure why he would change his vote, guess he feels guilty for not listening at the trial; or he is scared as heck.

The hearing for the murderer to pay back all the money the state of Florida and other entities spent looking for Caylee, while the murderer lied to all of them will happen on 2 September 2011.

And if you haven’t heard, the murderer will have to serve her probation for one year, she started on Wednesday evening in an undisclosed location, to an undisclosed probation officer. It has been said by the [mail order bride] attorney that she is going to go to school. Hope she gets her GED first, and if she doesn’t go to school [she will have to show PROOF of going to school], the order states she needs to work. Not sure how many people would hire the murderer; no one would hire Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez after the murderers stunt, and ZFG was never involved in the murder of Caylee!
